I had made a reservation at the Fiesta Inn, but after being horrified by the state of the rooms, I immediately asked for a refund and decided to go to the Hyatt instead. Best decision I made, as the hotel feels luxurious with good design choices and overall cleanliness. Service was really fast and friendly too, I can't say anything bad about this hotel. This is the perfect place to book for a business trip or a vacation.

I stayed at this place a few years ago so I decided to stay again. I had a great time. I enjoyed the breakfast as they have local fruits. The hotel was not hard locate and it is has an easy access to other activities in the city. Also there is an OXXO and a gas station close to the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous and respectful and able to answer questions about the city.

The room that touched us was very good, very clean and both beds and couchs were super comfortable, but we knew that in some rooms air conditioning was broken down. La habitación muy limpia y bonita, cumple con lo que dice la página oficial, tiene lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. Todo el proceso desde recepción es muy agradable ya que el personal te trata de la mejor forma posible. Muy grata mi estancia en el hotel.
