Disappointed.. some of the staff were brilliant but others didn’t want to know… main complaint was Friday night asked what time the bar closed was told 9 pm too find it’s still serving at 10pm .. need to correspondence better…. Also was told we had no reservations .. which we had .. but no apologies because they got it wrong..

Nice camping and good location but terribly noisy ! During the weekend many Spanish campers were very noisy and during the week there were works going on in a nearby building so big noise starting at 8 o'clock. Moreover a party was organized in the camping bar with very very loud music

Everything a motorhome site should be. Clean. Friendly staff - very very helpful. Nice restaurant, nice staff, nice food. Great plots. Showers clean and hot. Washing facilities good. Next to pebbled beach and nice walking area. and walks. All good.

Excellent site, lovely and clean.stayed in a bungalow, great stay. Near beach and food very good at restaurant.would stay here again without a doubt.very peaceful, just what we wanted, worth the money easily

A nice spacious campsite with clean and well maintained facilities. Also washing machines and dryers. There is a small shop and a bar and restaurant too. There were functions on for Christmas period which had to be pre booked. Pitches are a good size and most get some sun. There is water and waste on the pitch. Easy walk down to the small adjacent beach but a bit of a longer hike to walk to civilisation. We had our bikes which proved to be a god send to allow us to get to Villa Joyosa. Our second time here and would definitely return.

Hele mooie camping, direct aan strand gelegen. Met ACSI redelijk ruime plaats, tegen bijbetaling van 2€ hele ruime plaats. Sanitair prima, wordt heel goed schoongehouden. Brood en kleine winkel op de camping. Ook een bar/restaurant aanwezig, zijn wij niet geweest. Wij vonden de muziek veel en veel te hard en zeker niet onze smaak. Eten kunnen we dus niet beoordelen. Maar, dit is persoonlijk!

Nosotros vamos buscando tranquilidad y confort, y el Camping El Torres es sin duda el mejor de la Costa Blanca, no solo por donde está ubicado, que es espectacular, también por la atención por parte de todo el personal, desde recepción, bar, restaurante, seguridad, limpieza...te tratan como a familia. Pedimos cambio de parcela porque nuestro perro es muy viejo y necesitábamos una más cerca de la puerta y sin dudarlo un momento nos acomodaron en el lugar perfecto para él, hemos estado una semana y ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. Volveremos muy pronto. Gracias a tod@s.

Si buscan pasar unos buenos dias en benidorm no elijan este camping. Tienen muchisimos mas donde seguramente seran mucho mejor atendidos. Hacemos una reserva dos niños y dos adultos donde se les indica que llegaremos de madrugada. Unos dias antes para confirmarlo llamamos por telefono para indicarselo. Llegamos el dia de la reserva a las dos de la madrugada. Tocamos al timbre de recepción nadie nos abre. Llamamos al movil que pone en recepcion del guardia de seguridad y nadie contesta. Este proceso se repite durante hora y media y todo ello CON DOS NIÑOS PEQUEÑOS. A las 4 de la madrugada , despues de dos horas , nos vemos en la obligacion de tenernos que ir sin saber a donde. No contento con todo esto , se lo pongo en conocimiento al camping , y su respuesta es : Buenos días, el guardia de seguridad estuvo toda la noche en la recepción del camping esperando su llegada y no acudió nadie. Estaba a la orden de que iban a llegar sobre las 4 de la mañana. Disculpen las molestias. OSEA QUE EN VEZ DE ASUMIR SUS RESPONSABILIDADES NOS LLAMAN MENTIROSOS. TENGO VIDEOS Y FOTOS DEMOSTRATIVOS DE TODO ELLO. LO DICHO : NO SE ALOJEN EN ESTE CAMPING QUE ENCIMA LES TRATARAN DE MENTIROSOS EN CUALQUIER TIPO DE PROBLEMA.
