We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel. At 11,500 feet, the mountain lodge demands acclimatization to thin air and cold temperatures. Nonetheless, its volcanic hot springs boast impressive views of the mountainous landscape, a waterfall, and the town of Manizales. Complimentary toiletries and bathrooms are a plus. We had access to different pools . We enjoyed the benefits of this medicinal mineral water outdoors, with relaxing baths of therapeutic value due to its healing components in a pure sulfur eco-thermal pool whose sources are located in the bowels of the Nevado del Ruíz Volcano. We will visit again soon.

Unfortunately due to force majeure I had to cancel the reservation 5 days before the booking. A few days later I received the notification from Booking saying that there were no cancellation charges. However the hotel, knowing the situation, charged 100% of the stay in an abusive manner. It is a shame that these types of establishments take advantage of force majeure situations simply because you make the mistake of putting your card details. Please be careful with these people. -------- Lamentablemente por motivos de fuerza mayor tuve que cancelar la reserva 5 días antes de la misma. Algunos días después me llegó la notificación de Booking diciendo que no había cargos de cancelación. Sin embargo el hotel, sabiendo la situación, cobró el 100% de la estancia de manera abusiva. Es una verguenza que este tipo de establecimientos se aprovechen de situaciones de fuerza mayor simplemente porque uno comete el error de poner los datos de su tarjeta. Por favor tengan cuidado con esta gente.

A beautiful hotel between mountains. The road to the hotel is kind a headake, but after you arrive everything is forget. Pure nature with lots of birds and waterfalls. Nice setting between mountains. Termal pools were perfect to relax after a hiking day. Restaurant was very good with lot of alternatives. In general a great alternative to stay.

If you are coming to Colombia to experience it’s beauty… start here. I estimate it is at 12,000 asl, or higher. Lush terrain, waterfalls, creeks, birds beyond count in both quantity and variety. Restaurant 4 stars. The days and nights compete for which is the most spectacular.

The hotel is Simply perfect. It sits in the middle of a mountain valley with an amazing cold weather. Surrounded by nature, with several private trails around the property full of waterfalls and very friendly hummingbirds. There are several thermal water pools with wonderful location and very helpful staff ready to serve you the next drink or food. The quality of the restaurant is amazing and everything is more than great.

El ruido del piso que es de tablas si estás en el primer piso es terrible, se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones del lado, es necesario esperar a que las personas de las otras habitaciones apaguen el televisor o dejen de hablar para poder descansar en la noche. No tienen opción vegetariana o vegana en el desayuno que esta incluido en el valor de la habitación, se nota que no hay ningun tipo de formacion para el personal de la cocina en el veganisno porque la única opción es remover lo que no comes y te dan la misma cantidad después de remover la comida animal. Para una hotel de esta categoría que puede ser tan llamativo para extranjeros deberían tener esto incluido en el menú. Durante mi estancia no había nadie del personal del hotel que hablara inglés.

Hotel de montagne avec piscines thermales. Hotel perdu dans la montagne. Bon restaurant. Service sympathique. Chambres simples avec salle de bain un peu rustique. Manque d’isolation car le climat est froid a cause de l’altitude a plus de 3100 metres. Bonne experience.

La vía de entrada está en mal estado!!! Mi carro sufrió mucho y eso que es suv! Y con el precio que cobran deberían invertir un poco en ella, los precios de la comida son altos solo incluye desayuno, que pesar porque el paisaje de las montañas es lindo

El hotel se encuentra en un lugar muy pintoresco y agradable. La naturaleza y el paisaje espectaculares. Los termales so buenos sin ser extraordinarios. Recomiendo que tengan un Spa bien montado que mejoraría notablemente el maravillos lugar. Las habitación y el baños son sumamente reducidos en espacio;carecen de espacio para guardar ropa y artículos fr aseo personal. En realidad falta mantenimiento. El piso se está levantando. Se nota que falta de buena supervisor de mantenimiento. La habitación deja mucho que desear. Estuvimos en la 205 El restaurante es agradable con un bella vista. La comida y su presentación son bastante buenas. La atención y el servicio en el restaurante son bastante buenos. Lástima que la parte alojamiento sea tan deficiente en un lugar tan bello y con tanto potencial
