"LLevamos alojandonos en este hotel siempre que bajamos a Madrid de compras. Pero ahora la cosa ha cambiado, ha debido haber un cambio de dirección. Llevamos siempre a la niña, y nunca nos cobraron nada, puesto que siempre duerme con nosotros, pero ahora desde llamarnos la atención a la llegada por haber reservado en trip en vez de con ellos, a hacernos pagar por el desayuno de la niña aparte (y eso que le indicamos que la niña llevaba su desayuno, solo necesitamos leche) y lo pagamos, pero me parece una falta de desconsideración brutal. Por otro lado, excepto un chico que conociamos de otras veces, el resto del personal que nos toco....entendemos que inducidos por las nuevas normas, un trato fatal, desconsiderado y sin mirarte ni a la cara. De hecho, fui a preguntar a recepción si tenia las instrucciones para conectar el Chromecast de las habitaciones, o si sabia como y me espeta un ” no tengo ni idea” prueba con el bluetooth....vamos, que no sabia ni de que le estaba hablando. Lamentablemente, no volveremos"

"I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Ctrip looked rustic. Once I entered the lobby, it was very stylish, with high ceilings and hello, welcome and goodbye written in various languages on the wall as decoration.
The room was spacious and comfortable, the table was wide and the sockets were in the right position, which was suitable for temporary office needs during business trips.
Note that European hotels generally do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can get disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers.
There are many breakfast options, rich fruits, freshly squeezed juices, and a variety of hot coffees can be selected on the coffee machine, etc."
