Through the sliding doors in the kitchen you enter the spacious terrace with outdoor table. A round staircase takes you to the downstairs hall of the villa. From the hall you have access to the 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. There is also a laundry room and direct access to the outdoor terrace with its own private swimming pool (new construction 2022). The outdoor area has a beautiful lounge set and sun loungers by the pool overlooking the sea. A fully equipped villa which is quiet and relaxing . The rear bedroom has a single bed and a small double, the front bedroom has a double bed. There is space for a cot as well. A new kitchen blends in with the 18'' thick stone walls and original features such as a mosaic marble sink outside - great for prepping salads in the sunshine. A vine-draped pergola shades the dining patio and a high stone wall makes 'Phoebe' a private little haven. There's a gated parking area which doubles as a secure play area.
