The loft bedroom also has a queen bed, a private bath, and its own balcony with sunset views.Villa 40 is ideal for outdoor fun. Enjoy the grill, relax in Adirondack chairs, or take a nap on the swinging bed under the deck.Two golf carts, a four-seater and a six-seater (with rain enclosures), are provided for island transportation. The second bedroom features a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. The loft bedroom offers queen, plus a twin bed and boasts expansive views from the adjacent balcony. A half bath is attached.All bedrooms have Smart TVs.Our villa is well-situated in the complex with a large lawn both in front of the villa and to the side of the place providing lots of space to play and enjoy a gathering around the outdoor grill. Beautiful South Beach is a 5 minute walk and is wide and calm. We loved being right next to the BHI club and really enjoyed strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well stocked. We had some great morning bike rides with the the cruisers included with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat.
