Situated on the 1st floor of the Sunsuite villas, this property offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. The condo features an open floor plan that maximizes the use of its 325 sqft size. The bedroom area includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for individuals, couples, or a small family. Unit has a small refrigerator, dishwasher and one burner. It does not have a stove/oven. One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor amenities. From tennis courts to fishing spots, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Stay active and fit at the fitness center or take advantage of the nearby Ocean Point & Ocean Creek golf courses. If you prefer a more leisurely activity, bicycles are available to rent from Excursions. The beach is just a boardwalk away, offering endless opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun.
