We do extra cleaning and disinfecting in the villa to make it clean and ready for our guests. A Luxury Villa located across the street just a few steps from the ocean. This villa is a Penthouse villa located on the 4th floor with an awesome view of the ocean sunsets, great ocean breeze and very peaceful. No noisy guests staying above you.The villa has a large open floor plan with a huge, fully stocked kitchen, granite counters, a free standing freezer and 8 bars stools. The dining area has a cottage table and 8 chairs. As you move into the den/living room there is a large over sized sectional and a 60' flat screen TV. There is also another area that has a full bed / twin bed combo and a 32' flat screen TV. Perfect for kids or extra bedding. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, TV and full bath Lastly is the Master bedroom with a king bed, TV and full bath. There is also a large balcony with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. We also have a washer and dryer for your use. The villa has upscale bedding, very comfortable beds and is a true Luxury Villa. We have WiFi, a shared pool and hot tub and a grilling area with 4 grills and a picnic table for our guests to use. Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub! There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. This luxury Villa is located across the street in the lovely Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 4 king beds and a daybed. All of the rooms have Smart TV's. The villa is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan and is on the third floor Unit 401. An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have newer stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Come sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony. We have a washer and dryer available for guests to use in our villa just bring your detergent and we have Wi-Fi connection through Spectrum. There is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 Weber Charcoal grills and a picnic table for guests to use. We have a large elevator to help guests get to their floor. Extra cleaning and disinfecting is a priority to make the villa ready for our guest. We have contactless check-in. We give a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, small dish liquid, some dishwasher packs, and some trash bags to help start you off until you get your supplies. We provide bed linens and bath towels. The villa is on the second row with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The beach is easily accessible with a beach access right across the street.Our complex has exterior security cameras which are located on each floor, in the parking deck, and the pool area. Palmetto Dream has 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, sleeps 20 Approximately 4000 sq. ft!Welcome to Palmetto Dream our newest vacation rental property with 8 bedrooms. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen (2 fridges), dining, and living area. The kitchen has new utensils, new glasses, new towels oven mitts. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch Sony TV's and blue ray DVD players and cable boxes with a DVR. There's HS internet. All the bedrooms have wood flooring and the other area's have tile! There is a master on the first floor with a balcony facing the Ocean it has a spa tub and separate shower. The other bedroom down has a king bed and another full bath. There are 4 king bedrooms upstairs with 3 of the balconies facing the ocean! The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 bunk beds in each room (sleeps 4 in each room). There are tv's and dvd players in all bedrooms. There is a new full size LG front loading washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and chairs and any baby items that are needed: a crib, high chair, packnplays, stroller, etc.There is an outdoor grilling area. There is a nice pool and hot tub! You will love the Villa!There are only 12 units in the building We have a couple who takes care of the villa. We do not use a cleaning or linen service. We use the same linens that we use in our personal home. The couple who clean them do an excellent job. We try to provide you with items that will make your vacation easier so when you arrive you can relax, go to the beach or whatever you choose to do. We have lots of baby items for your use such as: a full size crib, 2 packnplays, a high chair, booster seats, baby swing, exersaucer, stroller, etc... If you need something for a baby that is not there please let us know, we have 6 grandchildren that are very young so we totally understand. We also provide beach chairs and towels. We have 8 chairs and 12 beach towels for your use. We do not provide beach umbrellas. You would need to bring your own. Tents are no longer allowed on the beach. We put a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and put out a roll or paper towels as well as trash bags so you will have some to use until you have time to buy more. We do provide hand soap in each bathroom as well as dish soap. There are usually coffee filters, some spices, that we leave for your use. There are 2 refrigerators in each villa as well as 2 coffee makers, 2 blenders, lots of dishes and silverware, a pancake griddle, a waffle maker, lots of cooking items, and utensils. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have hd tv's as well as hd cable boxes in each living area one of them is a dvr for recording shows. There is wifi which has a secure line so the password is given to you before you arrive. There are books and dvd's for you use as well as games. My husband and I are looking forward to making your Palmetto Dream stay a reality. If there is an issue, we are here to take care of it right away.
