Apt is basic and could be made much nicer with little bit more effort. Equipment within hotel basic too not even a kettle. Only a hob. Near to beach. Hotel has sunbeds charged at between €35 - €50 euros for 2. Staff friendly at hotel but hotel very quiet even though was supposedly full. Lacked atmosphere but then food and drink was so expensive for what it was I can understand why no one eat or drank there. Some days never saw another person at the pool. Staff looked bored as had nothing to do all day (when we were there) very quiet so we ventured out a lot and at night stayed in. TV but no English channels or Netflix app so not that option if has day out and wanted to stay in. Rooms cleaned twice in 7 days which was fine by us. Sea view but not a large balcony as in photos so slightly misleading having paid extra money for sea view and photos showing a large balcony with sun beds ( that was not the case) would not return if came back would try and find somewhere with more atmosphere too quiet for us - and we wanted relaxing but this was too quiet.

This is a Residence not an hotel and it extremely important to understand this You are really in a self catering apartment Well equipped and very comfortable You will not be getting your bed linen,towels changed on a daily basis That’s not part of the deal Every 3 days it’s changed There is a lovely restaurant on the premises A well kept swimming pool is so good The hotel is situated ideally between the beach and the buzzing town of Villasimius There is a dedicated beach area for guests for which you will be charged In the evening it is so relaxing at the bar watching the stunning scenery The staff are incredibly helpful Looking forward to returning

We absolutely loved staying here. Really well equipped apartment, fabulous sea-view from large balcony. We only dined here once, as there are so many restaurants to try, but the food was fabulous. Irene even typed up the menu in English for us specially. We thought this was a lovely touch. Pool area is very well kept and drinks/snacks from the bar available all day. Beautiful landscaped gardens so well kept and a pleasure to explore. Beach and town within walking distance along a very safe footpath. Thank you so much Max and your team for making our holiday so memorable. We will be back in the not too distant future. Colin and Michelle x

Very nice residence convenient to the sea, kind and friendly staff, apartments a little dated but nice, swimming pool and excellent location, internal parking space, and sun loungers included, convenient to the town even with a 1.5 km walk

Welcoming, precise and helpful staff, they make you feel pampered in everything; intimate structure with all comforts; 2 steps from the sea with private equipped beach. I recommend you to have dinner not only for the very beautiful situation by the pool but also because they cook really well and the quality of the dishes is noticeable!

Bad experience with the beach service. Forced to pay everything in advance (€160) For serious personal reasons I had to cancel two days before and they offered me a €80 voucher to use next year. I'm here on holiday and they can't force me to come back for €80. I asked to convert the €160 towards catering but I was denied. I believe that when you work with an audience and are asked for a pleasure (for serious reasons) you should put your hand on your heart and REFUND. You made a terrible impression. You don't treat customers like that, sorry.

Residence not adequate for value for money... old without any comfort such as microwave, washing machine, dishwasher or oven in the house. We stayed for two weeks with my family of 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children... it is not a residence for families with small children... dirty despite the cleaning done three times in 2 weeks we basically paid €30 per day for cleaning for 3 days to change towels and sheets and clean the bathroom... the dust and the floors, if cleaned with the broom, were immediately dirty... it would need to be renovated, the doors and walls should be whitewashed, not to mention that I found the towels dirty from rimmel (I don't wear make-up)! ! A washing machine located at the entrance of the residence used by the housekeepers for the rags therefore with a strong odor and I had to wash our clothes... if a service is indicated it must be such... in the end at checkout we found ourselves €70 more in the bill than they were taken away from us but almost in a suspicious way (we spent around €6000 for 2 weeks we wouldn't have missed it for €70!!!)…

Calm and attentive staff. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped. Close to Simius beach and the city center (accessible on foot). This hotel benefits from an ideal location, parking in the residence is also a great asset. Not to mention Sandro’s cocktails 😁. We will come back, that's for sure.

Regarding our experience at this property, we can only say that we were quite disappointed. One cannot question the location of the residence and the extreme courtesy and kindness of all the staff... but... - the interior furnishings are outdated and worn out and really need to be renewed. - the kitchenette is not suitable: small fridge with very small icebox, total absence of both an oven and a possible microwave but above all the cookware, in addition to being old, is reduced to two pans and a pot.... Cooking becomes a little difficult difficult. I would recommend reviewing these aspects which are really important for those who choose the residence formula. I wouldn't go back.
