I was staying on the 6th floor. The elevator didn't work all weekend. They said they couldn't do anything, that we had to wait until Monday, even though my wife and I have heart problems.

Clean and spacious room, there were pillows during our stay.
10 minutes from the metro on foot, but a little longer if you have suitcases because there is a long hill

the rooms are okay and clean when you arrive. If you are a student and you have to stay for a lot, sometimes they forget to clean the shared kitchen and there are always problems with the services (like the laundry).

Positive points: - Directly next to the bus (line 131 Ambroise Croizat shuttle, V7) - Very welcoming reception staff - New and fairly well-maintained hotel - Pleasant outdoor spaces. - Comfortable room and quite large for Paris and for the price. - Nespresso coffee machine in the room - Shops, supermarket and metro 7 at 900 meters (accessible more quickly with the V7 bus line). There is also a fast food restaurant 20 meters from the residence. Negative points: - The rooms are not well soundproofed (we could hear the neighbors opening and closing their doors) - No welcome products in the room on arrival, even just soap for the bathroom. - There were coffee capsules for the machine but a little sugar would not have been refused (especially for a night in the room). Same for the dishwashing liquid. -The bathroom had a bit of a weird smell upon arrival -The two pillows are starting to show some signs of age. In summary, a good place to spend a few days in Paris, only a few points need to be reviewed.

Very good apartment, breakfast, location (close to metro and ORY airport), amenities (laundry, sauna, study room, vending machines to buy drinks...). The staff are very attentive and the value for money is great.

I strongly advise against the Ecla Villejuif residence. It's been 2 and a half months since I left my studio (D214) and to this day, they still refuse to return my deposit as well as the overpayment they owe me. They send me from department to department without ever providing me with the right contacts, and the department concerned has never contacted me directly. Very poor management and lack of professionalism.

Very warm welcome (thanks to the hotel teams for your kindness and support), very comfortable accommodation (special mention to the bedding), a very large terrace with a very nice view and the breakfast was good. Nothing to complain about, I recommend with pleasure.
