I stayed for 2 days at Hotel Salvadora during a business trip. I had a great time. The staff at the reception were kind, very helpful and smiling, the room and bathroom were immaculate. The room was equipped with everything you needed: double bed with 2 bedside tables, lamp, wardrobe with 1 hanging door and 1 door with shelves/drawers, television, desk with chair. In the room there are several electrical outlets located next to the desk, next to the bed and in the bathroom, so I didn't have to do any acrobatics to charge my phone or computer. Air conditioning. Free internet connection. Bathroom with sink, bidet and bathtub and equipped with soap, shower gel and shampoo. New, soft towels. I really enjoyed having breakfast in the morning at the bar of the Salvadora restaurant, together with the local customers: a very pleasant touch of color and "warmth", compared to the neutral and somewhat anonymous atmosphere usually found in hotels. Together with my colleagues I also had lunch one day at the Salvadora restaurant and we appreciated the excellent cuisine and the slightly retro atmosphere of the place. Last but not least: the location. The hotel is central, convenient to everything on foot. I spent 46 euros per night, including breakfast. Finally I would like to make a comment. I think that when reviewing a hotel, restaurant, etc., it is correct to compare it with hotels of the same category. If you choose to stay in a 1-star hotel, it makes no sense to expect the level of comfort of a 4-star hotel and then post a negative review just because you didn't find what you (wrongly) expected. I have read numerous negative reviews of this hotel, and I honestly believe that many of the comments made are unfair, because they do not consider the category to which it belongs.
