This hotel cancelled our booking the night before we were due to check in. They had already taken a part payment from us. I tried to call them and ask why and the rude woman just hung up on me. They eventually said we can rebook the room at a higher price. This was on the night before the champions league final so they obviously just wanted more money. AVOID, and book somewhere else, unless you want them to steal your money like they did to us.

Great hotel, nice environment, great staff, lost on the road with the work, the reception man who had finished his shift stayed an hour longer on the phone to guide me to the hotel, the gentleman arrived almost midnight very friendly, had the patience to wait for me and I thank him for guiding me.

Hotel very well located for a concert at the Stade de France. Very friendly welcome, charming staff. Decent breakfast. Perfect for spending one or two nights. Decent room, relatively comfortable bedding. Only downside: poorly soundproofed, we could hear people talking in the corridor at night.

Hotel TO AVOID! Following an error by the hotel, a cleaning lady who took my personal towel when cleaning the room, an employee invited me to go look through the 500 dirty towels from the week to be able to recover it. The husband of this employee, being angry that I wanted to get my towel directly, told his wife to reimburse us for the night and to get out of the hotel after that he hit my husband then went to the kitchen to get a rolling pin to be able to hit him. Following this we left the hotel, and we did not collect the towel (which will be sent to my home according to the manager).
