“Avoid This Hotel - Unprofessional and Unwelcoming” Where do I even begin? Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of awful. Over our five-night stay, our rooms were never cleaned—not even once. The entire property was in dire need of attention, with dirty carpets and an unkempt front desk area that desperately needed vacuuming. The manager, Marie, was exceptionally rude and dismissive, lacking even the most basic customer service skills. Shockingly, she was often seen sitting outside in her pyjamas, smoking. This unprofessional behavior was not only off-putting but made the entire atmosphere feel chaotic and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, some staff members were openly sniggering and making comments about us, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of feeling like guests, we felt like we were intruding in someone’s disorganized and poorly managed home. The situation became so unbearable that we had no choice but to move to another hotel, cutting our stay short. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—avoid this hotel at all costs.

We came for a family trip to Disneyland and this hotel was perfect. Salma on reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and staff offered guidance on getting to Paris for a day trip. Ideal location for visiting the Disney parks with a free shuttle service taking under 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and modern and had a great pool area. If we ever came back for a Disneyland trip we would definitely stay here again.
