Stayed in 3 Ibis hotels over the weekend this was by far the worst. Didn't feel safe. Car park dirty, worryingly we had to use the access key to have access to the stairwell to the rooms which was dirty, room dated and small, pillow smelt. Breakfast area like a child's playschool. Stay not at all enjoyable.

Stayed at this hotel several times driving down to southern Brittany from Calais and have always found it excellent. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with Seaview. Good value for money.

Family room- first day the air-condition didn't work. Toilet for children only very small and broken. Breakfast- you need to wait all the time for something (no plates, no glasses, no fork, no bread, etc). Lobby team not nice at all. Very bad experience!!!

Clean nice rooms however air conditioning did not work properly and we did not manage to get any compensation…. Breakfast menu was very thin even if they had fresh orange juice. Location is great just a couple of steps away from the beach well suited for taking a swim

On est retourné dans cet hotel calme en front de mer, personnel sympathique, buffet du petit déjeuner correct et varié avec quelques produits locaux. Parking payant sous-terrain bien pratique. Bien agréable, même en hiver, quand il fait beau.

1 nuit dans ce hotel (venus pour la fete de la coquille st jacques a Villers). Ns avons l'habitude de frequenter les hotels du groupe accord (ibis style,mercure,Novotel). Reçus par une réceptionniste pas très agréable dans son accueil, malgré 3 autres hôtesses derriere le comptoir. -grosse déception de notre chambre (malgré la vue mer) petite, difficile de se déplacer. -placards en contre plaqués ordinaires, coin bureau coincé au lit sans chaise! aucune déco 3 stickers au mur de mauvais gout pour une chambre ! -la salle de bain exigu avec cabine douche d'un autre temps en plastique !!, paroi pas propre ,bac avec traces jaunes au sol,joints écailles et noirs, le distributeur de savon posé au sol tout collant … plus que dégoutant ! -Wc (pour enfant) tellement petit collé a la paroi de douche, abatant pas net ! -1 seule petite serviette pour 2,- 2 serviettes de bain pas de 1er jeunesse ! - pas de bouteilles d'eau en chambre, ni de verre, pas de fontaines en étages, il faut allés coté bar pour de l'eau pour la nuit on nous signale qu'elle est gratuite!!!! (mais il vous faut acheter le contenant) il faut maintenant venir avec sa gourde du jamais vue dans un hotel accord ! l'écologie a bon dos ! -comme pas de frigo (et venus pour acheter nos coquilles nous avons pris pour la nuit 10 euros 'de supplement' pour un mini frigo !! mais il nous a fallu réclamer et redescendre le soir voir une responsable car le frigo était branché mais il fallait une clé spéciale pour le froid, cela montre un manque d'attention vis a vis du client ;;;; Lord de notre départ nous avons fait pas de nos griefs, la réception nous a indiqué qu' en effet que des travaux seraient prévus, en attendant vous payer! - Le petit dej correct La vue ne compense pas tout

Très satisfait Prestations très satisfaisantes dans cet Ibis Style. Déjà la situation, face à la plage, est idéale. Halls et salons très vastes, lumineux, coquets. Les chambres et la salle d’eau ne sont pas rikiki. Vue sur mer de la mienne. Le personnel de service est volontiers affable. Mes cinq jours furent très agréables. Un regret quand même, la climatisation n’était pas en fonction. Or, mi-octobre, il peut faire chaud et humide à Villers-sur-Mer !
