If i could give it no star I would. Host were aggressive from the very start, shouting and screaming for us to sign a contract that wasn't in our language and wasn't allowed to translate. It even escalated into her locking us into the house until we signed it. Our privacy was invading as they live attached to the property which wasn't stated when we booked and were peeping out of the curtain which overlooked the pool area. When we arrive there were people using the pool even tho we were told the villa was to be ours for the week. There was mold in our shower and weird stains on our duvet. No linen or towels provided. Not even bowls were provided. Plates surrounding the pool were loose and were causing cement to crumble into the pool so we had to remove them for the safety of the children in our group. The host stormed out and took a picture of the removed plates; when I went over to explain she ran off back to the house and locked the door before we could even explain. She was not happy to answer any question or concerns. 3 of the six showers were unusable as they either flooded or not being able to control the temperature. The garden was overgrown, full of weeds and rubbish. We had a lovely time as a family but It was a shame the villa has fallen into despair as it doesn't look like pictures on this or other website. The host is unfriendly and hostile even in front of the children. Don't stay here !!!!!

Disgusting. Host is hostile. Nothing like the pictures. Linen not included. Expect to pay 3,000€ deposit when you arrive. No parasols. No towels, any where. No toilet roll. Very basic kitchen and utensils. Grounds are dirty with lots of rubbish. This place should be removed from every website. The place should be shut down and the hosts retire.

Nous avons passé 4 jours en famille, 25 personnes, et je recommande vivement ! Hôte très accueillant et surtout très bonne cuisinière, gentille et serviable ! Les chambres sont parfaites, tout est propre. Une belle piscine, un terrain de pétanque, une table de Ping Pong avec raquette et balles, une tyrolienne pour les enfants…bref tout était parfait, merci pour ce moment ☺️

Des extérieurs agréables mais énormément de POINTS NEGATIFS. Manque d'équipement : pas de bols ou raviers, manque d'assiettes et d'assiettes à dessert. Nous avons dû demander à l'hôte de nous fournir les assiettes manquantes ainsi que des couettes manquantes. MANQUE DE PROFESSIONNALISME Malheureusement et malgré une relance, le contrat n'a pas été envoyé avant notre arrivée : la propriétaire a dit qu'elle n'avait pas eu le temps de l'envoyer ! Difficile de lire et signer un contrat de 10 pages à la hâte sachant que nous avions réservé 4 mois plus tôt. MANQUE DE PROFESSIONNALISME Une douche était défectueuse, impossible de régler la température : on ne nous l'a pas signalé avant. Les draps loués et payés étaient posés au bout des lits, les photos du site montrent des lits impeccablement faits. Nous avons dû payer les draps d'une personne absente pour cause de maladie. EXPLOITATION DU CLIENT PRIX EXORBITANT DE TOUTES LES PRESTATIONS : - enlèvement des poubelles 150€. - prix surtaxé du kilowatt heure. ( 79€ d'électricité en plus en 2.5 jours et en faisant attention à notre consommation) - tarifs prohibitifs pour la location du sauna et jacuzzi Nous ne sommes donc pas étonnés de lire les commentaires des autres clients. En revanche NOUS NOUS ETONNONS QUE LA PROPRIETAIRE NE SE REMETTE PAS EN QUESTION AU VU DE TOUS CES COMMENTAIRES ...
