The accommodation is quietly located in the heart of the historic Gratte-Ciel district. ** HOUSING ** The house has been completely renovated. It is spacious and comfortable for a group of 15 people maximum. Be sure to give us the exact number of people when making your reservation. We offer a hotel-type service for bed linen, towels and bath sheets. The house has 6 Bedrooms with 140cm x 200cm double beds and 3 Bedrooms with 120cm x 190cm beds. The garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors in fine weather. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape inside the house. In order to be able to offer "non-smoking" accommodation to the following travelers, please be sure to strictly observe this rule. Smokers should go out and enjoy the outside, which is very pleasant :-). The house also has a very high speed internet connection (Fiber). Lovely home with great location The accomodation was lovely with so much space and great communal spaces! Metro just 5-10 mins walk away Perfect for a chilled out stag do and lots of space for us Myriam was a great host and we kept good communication throughout and before our stay

Très bon séjour à Lyon La maison est conforme aux photos, c'est très propre et il y a vraiment de l'espace. La communication avec Myriam est très fluide, à l'écoute et arrangeante. Peut-être seul petit bémol, les équipements de la salle de sport sont quelque peu vétustes, mais dans l'ensemble ce séjour était vraiment TOP ! Merci à l'équipe, Et peut-être à bientôt. Florian
