This modernly decorated family run Hotel offers full amenities and a sumptuous breakfast complimented with the very well trained and English speaking staff. It was a pleasure meeting the owners Mr. Roland and Ms. Yuta as well as their son Mr. Connor and his future wife Linda, apart the other staff like Elisa, Christine, etc. They make your stay a very pleasant and an enjoyable one too. Highly recommend this Hotel to any traveler. It is also not too far from the Swiss border and has parking facilities and lift. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. Fantastic location, modern and clean hotel. More important the service was outstanding .. nice to see the family that owns the hotel as well work in the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Covered Parking with direct access to hotel ( 1 min walk) and you are inside the hotel lobby.

We stayed here end July 2023 while visiting the Black Forest region including Europa Park. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. Booked 2 rooms. Great hotel. Breakfast basic but enough to start the day. Very clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Just round the corner there is a pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Well done!!

We spent three nights at this lovely, relaxing hotel. We were a group of fifteen on a motorcycle tour of the Black Forest and could not have been made to feel more welcome. It is family run and owned and that was very evident. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and spacious, with a fabulous shower room and nice toiletries . There is small bar and terrace area and a cosy lounge with free coffee and excellent cake. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and included scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt and delicious breads. For bikers, the parking is just perfect; secure and safe and on the same level as reception. The area has many nice restaurants and is a perfect base to explore the Black Forest. Thank you to the lovely owners and staff for a wonderful stay.

I was touring the area with friends, this hotel was used for three nights. Customer service from initial reception through to departure was excellent. My room was lovely, vehicle safe in the covered car park, very handy for the town itself. Breakfast - great choice and high quality. Good sauna, gym facility (I did not use) Stuart

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. We had room 417 which was pretty big. Coffie and tea maker available and very good quality of beds. Smart tv available, you could connect via chromecast. Sauna also available and we booked this twice. Coffee and cake free of charge in the bar during whole day. And the most important, people are so very friendly ... it's amazing !! Breakfast was very good. Lokation in the center.
