With a very high charge of room they were not even able to provide the disposable room slippers and a disposable dental kit. Staff was pathetic with zero idea and knowledge about hospitality sector. Staff is not at all trained for hotel industry and they take everything for granted. Zero emphasis on guest experience and only they care about is quickly taking the payment from the guest. Their staff at reception says something and the housekeeping staff talks just opposite of that and there is no coordination between them and this makes the whole situation a lot of mess for guests. No soundproofing in the room as the guests talking in the corridor outside the room can be heard talking loudly till the late hours in the night. No intercom in the room so the only way for communication with the hotel is to put a WhatsApp message and pathetically either they respond after hours or do not respond at all on WhatsApp. No soap or liquid hand wash provided at the wash basin for washing hands. Toilet tissue paper was of such bad quality that it was tearing apart even while separating it from the tissue roll. There is a cafe attached to the hotel where the staff has no manners of communication with the guests and are very rude at times. They even try to manipulate the rates on the menu card after the placement of the order and after ordering try to increase the rates by saying that there is a printing mistake in the menu card. Overall the experience was worst and I would suggest and urge all the guests considering their stay at this property to avoid staying there so as to avoid any disappointment during and after the stay.
