Except the restaurant this property is amazing, the restaurant staff are non trained, mostly interns work at the restaurant

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Food was average. Intercom and ac in one part of the room was not working. The front desk was more interested in reminding us repeatedly that check out time was 10 a. M. This started even before we checked in.

As a tour operator from France and an agent for Relais & Châteaux, I am disappointed by K Resort's management. The failure to pay employees on time reflects unprofessionalism and a lack of regard for staff well-being. This seriously affects the resort’s reputation and overall service quality.

A hospitality business should prioritize not only guest satisfaction but also the well-being and fair treatment of its employees, who are the backbone of any positive guest experience. Regrettably, K Resort has fallen short in this regard, and until management takes steps to rectify these practices, I would recommend potential visitors to consider other options.
