I stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. The reason is that the pavement is not smooth, and will result in abrasions and damage to your luggage wheels for the distance that you have to drag it along. For the hotel itself, it had a very high ceiling and industrial vibes, which is nice to some and perhaps not so great to others. However just a note that I couldn't figure out how to get the heating to work. Wifi speed was good, though there is a bit of a weird limitation in that some services like steam did not work, which isnt a problem for most.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the airport. To the bus station / railway station - about 10 minutes. ride. (Taxi cost us 4 euros). 24/7 reception - convenient for arriving/departing at night. Purely. Service at a high level. They speak Russian (if necessary). The breakfasts are excellent. I would say one of the best selections for a continental breakfast. The hotel is decorated in an interesting "industrial" style. The very high ceilings in the room we stayed in gave an extra sense of space.
The only downside I found was the weak water pressure in the shower.
