Nice little hotel next to the Main Street of Gediminas Prospect. Easy to reach old town and the area is really nice. The room not too spacious but good enough. I liked very big bathroom with a nice mirror and a special dryer for clothes and towels. Breakfast quite good too. The staff polite and helpful. I would book this hotel again on my next trip to Vilnius.

“My Favorite Hotel in the City!” I’ve stayed here more than once — and every time I’m extremely satisfied! The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the interior is cozy, and everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort. I especially want to highlight the staff — always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Another big plus is the excellent location: right in the city center, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and pleasant hotel in the city!

The best choice we made. The suite was spacious and very inviting. Warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast, perfect to start the day, also breakfast to take away was a nice boost from the early day ( 3 am). Unfortunately we had too little time to book the fitness and sauna. Due to the nice summer weather we were not able to use the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The beauty of Vilnius and the friendliness of the people invites us to come back for sure. Thanks to the staff of the Ratonda hotel.

Hotel was nice and the receptionist was very helpful. However when I arrived there were a few items left on the table included 2 miniature bottles of red wine which I thought were complimentary. There were other items including wine in the fridge which I assumed was the mini bar. Yes there was a price list on the table which I didn't read as I just assumed it was for the mini bar and not for the items on the table . It wasn't until I'd left the hotel did I realise that I had been charged for these items. Other hotels I've been have had complimentary items left out for guests so I don't think it was unreasonable to assume that these items are complimentary. If they can't fit everything into the mini bar then there should be a big sign that these items are not complimentary and are actually part of the mini bar. I complained via email which got me nowhere. I wonder how many other people have been caught out by this crafty ploy.
