This hotel canceled my trip just on the day of arrival because my card didn’t work for some reason (they only checked on the arrival day). I called them and asked weather I can provide another card details, they replied that it’s ok and that they will keep a room for me. I’ve got a text message confirmation. And just in 1,5 hours (a few hours before my check) when I was supposed to be on a plane (it was actually delayed) they texted that they can’t accommodate me. So basically I was more than likely to receive this message on arrival late at night with no alternative accommodation option. I find it absolutely inappropriate, inhuman and unprofessional. Don’t recommend anyone to hook it.
