Excellent breakfast! It’s one of the best you can get. Staff speaks English very well. The front desk offers mulled wine, which is awesome during winter. However, the staff forget to clean the room for once during my three day stay. After reminding, they did it the second day but in a sloppy way. I can hear noise from the connecting room very clearly. Other than that the stay was pretty nice.

Very, very bad experience.
1. All the rooms in this hotel face the road, which is super noisy. Even with double-glazed windows, the traffic outside can make it noisy until 1am
2. The smell in this hotel is terrible. Is it because it is not cleaned and ventilated? I had a nose bleed and pharyngitis after staying for one day
3. This hotel has no elevator and you need to carry your luggage by yourself
4. This hotel is obviously a hotel, but the water heater is a hidden electric water heater, and you can only take a shower for 8 minutes
5. The water quality is very poor! The hotel has no water purification system. No matter how many times you boil water, there are strong sodium and magnesium salts

I am very pleased with the service, cleanliness and the room I stayed in. The hotel helped me get to my destination late at night. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and friendly. I really liked the style and space of the rooms.

Friendly staff, fast check in, check out. Clean apartment with a small kitchen. The fridge sometimes made loud noises. Salt, oil, some tea and coffee with caffeine machine. Great location in the old city wall. We didn't have a car so had not to find parking somewhere.

Great location: a Maxima market is across the street, and the Hales Turgus market down the street a few blocks. 10 minute walk to the bus or train station. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and made my stay so much more pleasant. The room has some nice touches: a make-up mirror in the bathroom, kettle and coffee/tea things, big windows. The small refrigerator was nice to have, but noisy. I found the bed to be hard and very uncomfortable. It felt like a box spring foundation, not a mattress. Ask for a room that has a box spring AND a mattress

The hotel is perfectly located. It is 10-minute walking distance from the train and the bus stations. Also, there is a bus stop by the hotel where you can travel to the airport easily. It is also in the historical downtown. The rooms are very clean. The building is a renovated historical one with nicely decorated rooms. They offer free coffee and tea both in the lobby and in the rooms. It would be better if a staff stayed in the hotel after eight p.m., though. Overall, it was a perfect stay for me. Especially, the staff was super-nice.

I booked this hotel at very short notice, I based my choice on its modest price and it’s proximity to the cultural centre of town; as far as I could discern from Google maps at least! I was beyond delighted upon my arrival to find that its location was actually more convenient than I’d expected and its decor and cleanliness were leagues above its price point. However, the biggest impression that this hotel made upon me was the utterly amiable, compassionate and obliging hospitality that the staff displayed. Far beyond what I’d become accustomed to in this part of Europe and more akin to an avant-garde hotel in somewhere like London or Bordeaux! Without a doubt the service that you can expect here sets it apart. I’d personally endorse this place to any variety of tourist who’s looking for a comfortable and safe place to rest their head. If I ever visit Vilnius again I know exactly where I’ll be staying.
