"Nothing wrong per se! Great location. Helpful reception staff. Miserable atmosphere. Bit like staying in a migrant hotel in the uk I’d imagine. Except with paying. Lots of coach parties here filling their pockets with fruit & breads at breakfast. Breakfast is very, very busy. Always did manage to get a seat but more good luck I think. Comparatively expensive in comparison to other similar places. Room was clean, no air con. Very dated shower room."

"The location of the apartment is very convenient. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the apartment. It takes about 20 minutes for the airport to go to the apartment to do the bus, and there is no need to change the car. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from the town hall. The city hall is close to shops and restaurants! Anyway, you can walk all the way! The location is really good! There is a supermarket within 5 minutes! There is a coffee shop! The rooms are large and there is everything in the apartment. The kitchen equipment is also very perfect! The decoration is simple and modern! It can be said that I really like it! The apartment's breakfast is 6 Euro / person, not bad. However, what has to be said is the service aspect of the apartment! The follow-up is very angry! We stayed for 3 people. On the day of check-in, we found only 2 bath products, and the sewer of the bathroom was blocked, and the bath water could not flow. The next morning, I reflected the problem with the front desk. I hope they can help the sewers and ask if there are cleaning staff every day (the front desk informs: clean 2 times a day) and hope they can give us the missing bath, soap and paper towels. The front desk staff at the time was not bad. We recorded our problems and said that we would send people to check them out. I went back to the apartment in the evening and found that the sewer was well-passed. The missing paper towels (toilet) had been given, and I also helped to change the bath towels, but did not give us bath products. We thought it might not be the day, and someone will make up the next day. On the third day, when we went out, we packed up our luggage deliberately (I thought someone would clean it, because the front desk said 2 days/1 time) until I arrived at the apartment in the evening, and no one came to clean it! This is even better! Our bathing supplies were completely used up! There is no way, we have a reaction with the front desk (the front desk on duty at the 14th), I hope she will give us the bathing supplies, otherwise we can't take a shower! Who knows that this front desk (the front desk on the 14th) doesn't believe it, tells us that they will add bathing consumables every day (we don't have one day to supplement consumables in 3 days) and have been with us for a long time! Just don't believe us! It seems that we are going to cheat the shower gel. And we are 3 people, according to reason, there should be 3 copies, but only gave us 2 copies! And his family shower gel is very small, a little girl with long hair is not enough! So the experience feels particularly bad!"

"Check in was a breeze and was greeted by Justas, who has an amazing smile and was really helpful, showing me Vilnius map and saying hi every time we meet. Such service surpass many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was clean and has: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, cotton pad, kettle, cups, mini fridge, normal Europe plugs and usb A and C chargers, TV, nice pillows (4 in total), towels. There’s no bathrobes, WiFi sometimes drops off during peak hours but one is not supposed to be staying in the comfortable room but should be out exploring. Love this hotel and will stay here again if I’m in Vilnius."

"The hotel is right by the airport, a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for those catching early morning flights. The hotel has a restaurant that primarily serves pizza and other dishes, which are quite good. The breakfast is decent, but it's pretty standard across Europe, so don't expect too much; it's pretty standard. Although close to the road, it's quite quiet with the windows closed."

"We have arrived very late in the morning we have got the fast service at the reception and offered some tea. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. The breakfast option were impressive. The rooms very cozy, clean and modern."

"I stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. The reason is that the pavement is not smooth, and will result in abrasions and damage to your luggage wheels for the distance that you have to drag it along. For the hotel itself, it had a very high ceiling and industrial vibes, which is nice to some and perhaps not so great to others. However just a note that I couldn't figure out how to get the heating to work. Wifi speed was good, though there is a bit of a weird limitation in that some services like steam did not work, which isnt a problem for most."
