It was an amazing stay experience with great view. Property is maintained well with amazing flowering plants !! Property is close to Kodai lake. Owner was very caring and answered all our queries on time. Will recommend this stay to our family and friends!!

Excellent Two days Sipa Hide out Home Stay with Friends . Clean rooms with modular kitchen.One day Own Cooking the foods.Good atmosphere location.Very good cooperation Caretaker.Breakfast food nice.Very Suitable for Two families. Overall enjoy the Kodaikanal Trips.Thankyou.

The view was superb and peaceful place to stay! Excellent serene place to be with ur family or friends. The host was very kind and helpful. The ambience of the place is at a level you won't expect.it was a wonderful stay

Great Ambient... Peacefully stay.. live like own home... Perfect mountain views.. self check in gives some new experience.. Small draw back Rest room don't have pastes and brushes.. if it keeps better

Had an absolutely fabulous time at Sipa. Easily one of the best homestay experiences for us. Great location with a fantastic view. both from the bedroom as well as the sitouts on both the floors(ground and basement). We were 4 of us but this place is perfect for 6 and can accomodate easily upto 8. We chromecast movies on the big screen TV, made our own tea, coffee. Jacklyn the care taker was prompt in delivering home made breakfast and dinner. You need to ofcourse order a few hrs in advance. If you're driving to Sipa, the approach road is narrow and very inclined. We had our JEEP Compass, so it was fine. It can get quite cold and windy esp late evening and early morning due to the location . So need to be prepared accordingly. Also, it is a 30 min+/- drive to the Kodai main attractions.. Wifi connection was quite good but power cuts can be a bit annoying even though we have backup power. Sipa has a well equipped kitchen to cook as well as serve meals. It also has a microwave and washing machine. The best part of the whole experience was the bonfire sitout with a magnificent view...

This place is amazing. Both the owner and the caretaker took good care of us. It's as good as shown in the pictures, if not better. The patio and glass observatory are the best. This homestay is stocked with everything one might need.

Wow that is totally awesome I love it 💓 excellent place for group family.... Good homely stay property situated in kodaikanal, which offers the maximum value for money, service & quality.Modern Villa is a budget stay but never compromised in quality, cleanliness and service . Modern Villa is a home mountain - an extraordinary no surprise place for a pleasant mountain view.
