I really liked the natural environment that the facility provides, we stayed two nights which went by very quickly because of how much fun we had. I will definitely return to this beautiful place. I also really liked how the group of workers treated us. Without a doubt I will return.

My first experience in Viñales, Cuba. We had a great time, it is a very beautiful place with an impressive view of the Viñales Valley that makes you forget everything and makes you enjoy that place. The attention was good and great service. I recommend it if you decide to visit Cuba and breathe fresh air.

A very nice place, I really liked it, everything was very good, including the attention from the moment I arrived at the installation folder and they welcomed me. The rest, like dinner, the room and breakfast, were good but there is room for improvement. The pool was clean but lacked a little water and many people. I really liked it just improving some things.

First time we traveled to Cuba, in general everything was very good, but we highlighted one place in particular, the Hotel La Ermita, we really liked the tranquility, the service, the attention and the room was very nice with a wonderful view of the town and the mountains. I really liked the Hotel La Ermita, it is a very relaxing and quiet place, my husband loved it a lot as did I. Dinner with several options as well as breakfast, clean rooms and a beautiful view of the mountains and the town of Viñales, they were very attentive to us at all times. I'll be back, thanks for everything
