Holiday cottage located in a lovely cottage area with a magnificent view over the Limfjord. The house is practical for both one and two families. Suitable for wheelchair users, as there are extra-wide doors, no doorsteps and wheelchair ramp.In the kitchen, living room and hallway there are heated floors. At one end of the house there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and comfortable underfloor heating. Two bedrooms with double bed and two with two single beds. The living room is combined with the kitchen which is conveniently furnished with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The living room has wood-burning stove and TV including German channels. There is also the PlayStation2. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture where you can relax with a good book or watch your favorite program on the TV. The 50 m² large pool area contains 18 m² pool with a swim coach and 5-person whirlpool. In the pool area there is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom as well as in the pool room. From the bathroom you have access to the sauna.The house has practically fenced terrace equipped with garden furniture and grill. There is a large shed for storage. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset over the fjord while dinner is prepared on the grill.
