I had great service. The people are wonderful. They are very helpful would any needs. The front desk personnel are so nice and friendly. It is in a great location. Suoernclose to everything you need. Right off the highway. Would definitely stay again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, towels were ripped, hair in tub, room was not cleaned at all... Very noisy. Booked two days, left after one day, was told I could get a refund for the second night, no refund... Hotel website stated fully refundable, but no refund..

I needed a room and I came to woodspring suites and I must say they did not disappoint. The room was very clean, the customer service was amazing and the prices are very affordable. I give this place a 10/10. I will definitely be staying here again.

There is a housekeeper named Ray who is an absolute pleasure to be around. Her dedication and strong work ethic are truly commendable. Although I believe she is new, she has already made a significant impact by ensuring the rooms are impeccably maintained.

Amazing customer service Alyssa who was about to find me the perfect room with efficient service. Will utilize again as the location and east of reservation are some of the best I’ve experienced in Virginia Beach.. continued care and follow made the entire experience memorable.

The staff here was nothing short of amazing! I felt right at home. They were so very helpful, and eager to answer my questions and extremely informative, thorough and detailed. The rooms were immaculate. I slept like a baby. I really appreciate Miss Biggs and her staff for making my stay so incredible. I will definitely be staying at this location again due to the staff’s high standards of customer service!!

My time here was amazing had a blast the young lady name shy At the front desk was very very respectful and very pleasant I love the room and the hot water overall I give this a 5 star and tht lady at the front was amazing with my family really appreciate it

Great people and good customer service. Alyssa had the greatest smile. The lobby was clean and smell good. Room also clean. Great place to stay. Very good location lots of things to do in area great restaurants. This is a good hotel for contractors. It’s good to have room with a kitchen
