Всё бы хорошо, большой отель в туристическом месте, большая парковка, приветливый персонал. Но есть мелочи и не только, которые оставляют неприятные впечатления: кровать на подиуме - чтобы сходить в туалет, надо сначала спуститься по высоким ступеням, а потом подняться. Номер на верхнем этаже нам попался прямо под бассейном. До позднего вечера мы слушали гул насосов, но даже когда их отключили, было слышно бульканье воды, как будто мы жили на подводной лодке. Есть чайник в номере, но нет чашек и ложек. Может все эти проблемы можно было решить на рецепшене, переселиться в другой номер, но я считаю, что я не должен на отдыхе этим заниматься. Спасибо!

Loved this hotel right on the lake. The jewel is the lovely good sized swimming pool on the roof with incredible views. Rooms were comfortable and well laid out. Staff incredibly helpful. Organised a private boat tour on the hotel's boat - brand new, great skipper - wonderful trip. Food was excellent in the restaurant - especially the prawn risotto. They helped organise a local vineyard tour too. Would absolutely book again.

An unforgettable experience during the New Year holidays at the hotel and the Montenegrin Riviera! We are very satisfied with the large rooms, the cleanliness, the spa and the food in the restaurant. The hotel is located on the shore of the Shkodren lake, which is a habitat for many species of birds. We have no comments!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel whilst visiting for a tour of the lake Skador. Beautifully designed and spacious hotel. Stunning roof top bar and infinity pool. Staff looked after us and were very considerate of our special dietary requirements. Definitely the most luxurious and comfortable hotel in the surrounding area. Hotel staff provided a very warm welcome.

We arrived after a very stressful journey and delay, there was a bit of a mix up over our dates (I hadn't double checked the confirmation so it was as much my fault), however the lovely Jelena instantly sorted our booking, upgraded our rooms and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is beautiful, the rooftop pool is amazing and breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were amazing advising on local activities, organising a taxi to and from a local beach (we were the only ones there for a good hour), advising on train travel to Bar (and dropping us at the station). Really nothing was too much trouble, and we left having a good mix of managing to see and do things in the local area and a chilling out for a week. Its an easy 30 minutes trip from Podgorica airport. We didn't use the spa facilities but definitely think we'd go back for a long weekend. There were a couple of really minor design points, as mentioned previously the area around the sink is difficult to place toiletries, the shower could do with a shelf. and the balconies would benefit from an airer to dry swimwear.

This property is brand new! When we arrived it had only been open 3 months. The hotel is of high standard, the decor is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable with a luxurious feel to them. Roof top bar, restaurant and swimming pool are stunning with endless views across the lake. The staff were generally really good, the manager on hand most of the time and he’s obviously passionate about the hotel. Sleep was fabulous and breakfast amazing. Food on the roof top was good, and half the price of what you’d pay in the restaurant! This was a gem of a hotel, that we discovered by accident and would definitely return. The only downside was the spa facilities not working even though we booked them and if you want to use the gym be prepared to sweat the air conditioning was not very effective.
