Booked this as I thought all ibis budget hotels would be the same. This one is way worse. You walk in through grubby taxi tank style security. It has the feel of an asylum seeker hotel. There is no lift. The entire place smells like a dirty ashtray.

Put us out in relation to our heads told us the hotel is full when it was free very bad reception to flee later suddenly no place to sleep only word in mouth complete the gentleman very badly emable preferred leave people out thanks to you i will never come back
