It was great stay, we stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast is really good and has variety. In other restaurants too the food quality stands out. Staff also are friendly and well behaved.

I always prefer to stay in Welcom hotel by ITC Vishakapatnam Bcz of fabulous service by Miss Yamin Guest relation executive.... I like the way she greeted me and welcome with smile. She is very prompt with her work as well very good in nature. She is the best motivation person as human being. Miss Asoni (F&B) She was so cute , dedicated, efficient and very professional while on duty . Mr Sai ( Housekeeping) He follows the procedure to open the door . He knows his Sop's and followed the same. Overall amazing experience throughout during my stay . Last but not the least I like the food which I received in lunch and the buffet breakfast and dinner ️ was very delicious.

Mr. Chellayya ji is very kind and supportive. Good wishes to him. Also Steam bath and Sauna is fabulous. They have Jacuzzi option to with them ***** with Gym with both Cardio and Gymnastics Equipments.Cleaninest and Ambience is Good. Perfect for family vacations.

It’s an old property but reasonably well maintained - nice big rooms , staff are great I arrived at 9am and was given a room to freshen up so I can get to work and when I came back I got allotted my room…ate at Kai again very good recommendation from the restaurant staff and food was good. A/c in the room worked well and water pressure was good (only i didn’t get hot water at 5 am but that’s ok) my only gripe was the breakfast it was not good in taste a small area to eat and staff seemed overwhelmed with the rush (hotel was full) but that is not a deal breaker …definitely will stay here again and recommend it for any solo traveller like me on business.

Very good hotel with decent ambience on the beach front. Rooms look fresh and neat. Staff is very helpful in guiding me and my family on the important places to visit in vizag. Don't miss Simhachalam temple, Araku valley, Borra caves, and Kailashgiri for some stunning views of the ocean. Food at the hotel is very good at the hitel especially their pan asian restaurant, Kai. If you are fond of south indian food then try their Dakshin restaurant.

I recently stayed at the Welcome Grand Bay in Visakhapatnam for the first time, and I had such a lovely experience. Before we even arrived, the front office manager, Mr. Rajeev Gandhi, reached out to arrange a smooth pickup from the railway station, which made our check-in process really easy. We were given a cozy suite with an amazing view—perfect for the relaxing weekend we had planned. The room was clean, well-stocked with amenities, and the staff were very friendly, especially when it came to helping us with restaurant timings and recommending dishes that suited our tastes. Breakfast at the Oceanic Café had a great variety of Indian and continental food, with live counters serving eggs, dosas, and French toast. For lunch and dinner, we dined at KAI, where we loved the sushi spread, Thai green curry, and udon noodles. The staff were attentive, answering our food-related questions and even suggesting dishes we ended up loving. Special thanks to Suprijito, Riya, Dipti, and the rest of the team at both the Oceanic Café and KAI for making our meals memorable. We were tempted to extend our stay but had to leave due to work commitments. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back!
