The Hotel reached the expectations it had, as I already knew the development and maintain the quality of service and facilities.
Regarding the price, the value presented by Trip was extremely competitive in relation to the other agencies for the same service conditions, and even in relation to the price that would be charged by the Hotel itself in a direct booking (which I cannot understand...).
The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and quantity.
The service was excellent, with all employees in service at the hotel in these 2 days of friendliness and efficiency far above average.
However, I was a little disappointed that the Trip agency had not yet sent me an Invoice for the amount paid. The only certainty that I have that the payment was made, was given to me by the Hotel receptionist who told me that the rooms were paid for, but that he could not issue me an Invoice as the payment had been made to the Agency - which is natural !). In this situation, the lack of an Invoice was very unpleasant because I booked and paid for 3 rooms (for us and 2 other couples friends) and until now I don't have any proof of payment to "do the math" with them.

This hotel is a real gem in Viseu. The perfectly maintained garden is an oasis of rest after visiting the bustling center. The swimming pool is located in the middle of the garden with a walking path on the edge. An abundance of flowers and shrubs decorate the sides. Breathe! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is very welcoming and efficient.

Bem localizado, nos arredores do centro da cidade de Viseu. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados desde o início da nossa estadia pelas equipas de receção e de pequeno-almoço. Alojamo-nos com a nossa cadelinha e providenciaram comodidades como cama, manta, comedores e um brinquedo o que mostra excelente atenção ao detalhe. Um bem haja e toda a equipa e até uma próxima vez! Un très bel hotel , très propte , très calme dans un très beau cadre de verdure . Un très bon accueil par du personnels pret à tout pour parler Français . Dès le matin un petit déjeuner digne d'un repas . Un bon moùent de plaisir et de détente . Petit dommage qu'au mois de mai la piscine ne soit pas opérationnelle.

Quartos limpissimos, espaço comum agradável, staff simpático e prestável. Pequeno almoço bastante bom. Uma sugestão coloquem Velcro o algo assim por baixo dos pés das cadeiras da sala de refeições. Sendo bastante pesadas as cadeiras o problema é o barulho que fazem. De resto tudo fantástico

Um fim de semana com amigos neste hotel. Experiência agradável. O hotel fica na periferia da cidade mas excelentes acesso à mesma. É um hotel com um ambiente muito tranquilo, a zona exterior tem uma piscina aquecida muito relaxante. O quarto é bom, espaçoso, com camas muito convidativas ao descanso. O pequeno almoço é diversificado, com produtos de qualidade. Apenas um reparo: deviam ter sumo de laranja natural.

Un hotel fantástico para estar tranquilos. Camas muy cómodas, balcón para descansar. Cerca de todo pero en una zona muy tranquila. Zonas de jardín donde poder disfrutar tranquilamente. La zona de la piscina para tomar el sol. Desayuno excepcional y el personal muy amable. Volveremos.
