A pesar de ser una casona bonita con un jardín y un porche estupendo, las cuatro estrellas le vienen grande. Un desayuno de productos de escasa calidad y fiambre y bollería industrial y desafortunadamente con problemas con el agua caliente. Increíble que te hagan pagar por anticipado. Lamentable.

Hotel familiar al 100%. Ubicación perfecta, ni lejos ni cerca y teniendo salida para todos lados. Al llegar te atienden como si te conocieran de toda la vida. No te ponen impedimento alguno para nada. Te aconsejan que ver, donde comer e incluso donde comprar. La limpieza es excelente. El trato en alta temporada superior, con lo que ello supone. En el desayuno te atienden como si estuvieras solo en él hotel, estando este lleno. Destacar la limpieza y la amabilidad de todo el personal a cualquier hora.Después haber llegado desde Sevilla y encontrate personas así es un placer. Recomendable al 100%. Volveremos seguro.

Excelente,un sueño hecho realidad.Una maravilla de hotel con historia, elegancia, y a la vez moderno y con todo lo que necesitas. Ubicación ideal para visitar Santillana del Mar y cuevas de Altamira, con tranquilidad total sin ruido. paz total gracias al entorno natural y los grandes muros de piedra dentro .Al llegar te atienden como si te estuvieran esperando y fueran tu familia. No te ponen impedimento alguno para nada y se adaptan a todo.Te aconsejan que ver, donde comer y la historia del lugar porque son la misma familia que lo ha llevado siempre y que han hecho un grandísimo trabajo y esfuerzo con tanto amor y dedicación que os va a dejar huella en vuestro viaje por la maravillosa Cantabria.La limpieza es excelente. El trato en temporada alta es estupendo, tú eres el centro, te hacen sentir acogido.En el desayuno te sientes en un palacio con los salones espectaculares y el jardín impecable con vistas preciosas.Hay que destacar la limpieza y la amabilidad de todo el personal a cualquier hora.Después de haber llegado desde lejos y encontrate mejor que en casa, es de agradecer. Volveremos porque nos habéis encantado y este Palacio es de cuento de hadas. Gracias de todo corazón.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, el desayuno magnífico y el personal súper amable y atento en todo momento. Sitio tranquilo y muy bien cuidado con unas vistas preciosas. Estuvimos la semana santa en la casina de los caballeros. Es precioso lo tiene muy cuidado. Y el personal muy agradable nos explicaron donde podríamos ir cenar ver sitios nosotros volveremos a veros un beso muy fuerte al personal por nos hicieron estar muy agusto. 😘
