I paid $30,000 and expected to receive a decent service. Although the view of the place is beautiful, the photos are old, the hotel is run down... We stayed one day, there were power cuts in the afternoon and in the morning when we got up there was a water cut. Outside there was a lot of neglect, dry construction walls falling to pieces, the event room was all dirty, messy (don't even look around), as was the gym that doesn't exist and is used as a storage room. The heated pool is all peeling paint, the towels are not even good enough to mop the floor, the game room has carpets full of rosettes, dirty outdoor living rooms, things thrown in the garden. I do not recommend it at all, disappointed.

Walking through the garden, I stuck my leg up to my knee in a tube that was not marked or visible. Clear negligence on the part of the hotel. They gave me Pervinox and gauze, and called medical services the next day. For 5 days I waited for the manager to appear, she did NOT appear until check out 7 days later (the people at reception promised me every day that she would come/call me). Supposedly they filed a claim with the insurance company, but I had to send an email. Nobody gave me a copy of anything (I asked for one) and to this day I have not received a response or any compensation for being unable to use the pool or walk for 5 days due to the accident. Poor cleaning, peeling walls, access roads in poor condition, lack of general maintenance, poor breakfast and the restaurant food was expensive and not tasty. I would never go back. The only nice thing about it is the view of the mountain.

Fuimos en familia y la verdad que bastante bien todo. Me pareció que al desayuno le falta bastante, no es de un hotel 4☆☆☆☆ y algunas instalaciones siento que son una falta de respeto. Gimnasio casi no existe, maquinas rotas y casi nada anda. La sala de juegos es un chiste, creo no cuesta nada comparar dos paletas de pim pom. Las instalaciones son lindas, y creo que eso es lo que hace al hotel. Como opinión constructiva creo podrían mejorar algunas cosas.

El hotel está situado en un entorno natural inigualable pero según reza la publicidad cuanta con 4 estrellas y al menos 1 se le ha caído. Los servicios son muy básicos . Las habitaciones no cuentan con brigobar, ni ninguna cortesía como bebidas, pava eléctrica. No hay dispenser de agua fría caliente en ninguna parte del hotel. La zona del parque está muy descuidada. El restaurante cuenta con pocas opciones . El personal poco amable y dispuesto a ayudar, poco amable. En el desayuno siempre había que avisar si faltaba café, pan, dulces…y no era bien recibido por el personal q lo traía de mala gana. En fin, el hotel promociona un día de spa para quien se aloje, y al hacer uso del mismo la persona a cargo demostraba no poseer ningún tipo de conocimiento al respecto del servicio q brindaba. Una pena, para no repetir. Espero ayudar con mi reseña a otros viajeros

Falta mantenimiento en pintura. Destaco muy especialmente la atenición del personal de restaurant. Daniela Sanchez. Sebastían Lara, Romima Silva, y Gerardo Campos . Son excelentes y te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo mejor de todo .Los de recepción no estas a la altura del hotel.

Fui con mi esposo al Hotel Fuente Mayor situado en Vista Flores, Tunuyán, Mendoza, el primer fin de semana de octubre 2024,ya habíamos ido en otras oportunidades pero esta vez no fue una buena experiencia desde la llegada en el front desk nos atendi una Sra. muy mal humorado que dejó mucho que desear en cuanto al trato de recepción. La habitación amplia, limpia pero el colchón se hundía de viejo, descansamos muy mal. El jardín todo descuidado sin cortar el pasto y las reposteras de madera descuidadas y sin una colchoneta, había otras de plástico rígido que te quedaba la cabeza en el aire. El desayuno era Buffet, pero lejos de ser el de otros años, distribuido por el salón la comida y la vajilla para justificar la falta de variedad. Por el precio que cobran, hay otros hoteles mucho mejores. una desilusión, falta de mantenimiento en todo el hotel.

El hotel es hermoso..la habitacion en suite es enorme..con balcon muu grande ..luminosa..las instalaciones son muy lindas y el.reataurant es una de las cosas por las que volveria sin dudar...todo la comida es de chef exquisita y con muy buenos precios!!! Volveremos

Estuvimos alojados este último finde semana, para el festejo de un familiar de su cumpleaños.La mayoría (11) en las habitaciones del hotel y otros (4) en una cabaña.Todo estuvo muy bien, muy bien atendidos por el personal, muy bien las instalaciones, Excelente el desayuno.Y quiero destacar la atención de Hernán, Daiana, Romina y el pelado que no le sé el nombre.Tiene una muy buena pileta externa y una climatizada interna además de Casino.Hermosa experiencia, volvería sin dudarlo!!!

Precioso. El entorno súper lindo. Ideal para parejas y pasar unos días de descanso sin salir del hotel. Todos los empleados súper atentos dispuestos a acompañar al huésped. A la noche los fines de semana tienen una propuesta de comida al asador muy rica. Quien la prepara tiene una onda espectacular. Te sentis como en familia. El restaurant es rico, con comida abundante y si queres hacer algo, podes caminar por la viña e ir al ****** de forma recreativa. La verdad que una muy buena opción precio-calidad. Un placer visitarlos! Los felicito!
