Good & Bad. One night only September 5th. Typical room for a three star hotel. Not a lot of restaurant choice’s nearby. Not sure if Renato is the owner, but seems a one man operation. He recommended a pizza place about a five minute walk. The pizza, salad & wine was excellent. We were surprised to find Renato working at the pizza restaurant. After breakfast the next morning which was fine, we mentioned we only had one large bath towel. Renato came to our room, looked around and said “ not possible”. I told he we did not take his towel and he could check our luggage. Renato kept repeating “no possible “. We had to pay him 20 euros. TERRIBLE shake down for money. We are Marriott Lifetime Elite Titanium, legit travelers. On a self guided bike tour is the only reason we stayed at this awful place.

Spesso vengo a Viterbo. Da quando ho scoperto "Hotel Palazzo Riario" non ho dubbi. Chiamo e Renato è subito disponibile, ha una delicatezza nell'accogliere i clienti, una qualità un pò persa oggigiorno quando sei in giro. Se ha posto ha un comodo garage sotto l'hotel, cosa difficile in Viterbo antica. Palazzotto antico, sembra di entrare in un castello, non molto grande, ma particolare, camera impeccabile, colazione da leccarsi i baffi e il prezzo non fa una grinza. Lo consiglio a chiunque vuole venire a visitare Viterbo, bella città medievale, tranquilla, accogliente con bei bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Un piccolo gioiello italiano che tanti non conoscono

Siamo stati una notte in questo palazzo .. siamo stati benissimo stanze pulite, piccolo ma molto accogliente..e poi il signor Renato una splendida persona di grande professionalità...lo consiglio anche perché è ottimo per la posizione si lascia la macchina e stai direttamente in centro...e poi ottimo anche il ristorante.. consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 29 al 1 dicembre, sconsiglio, abbiamo affidato le chiavi della macchina al proprietario Renato, in quanto abbiamo parcheggiato l auto sotto, nel garage della struttura, essendo il posto molto stretto , se c era bisogno di spostare l auto ci avrebbe pensato lui senza disturbarci. Il 30 notte ci hanno rubato dall auto alcuni Beni personali.. il proprietarie se ne è lavato le mani.. poco serio e affidabile.. non lasciategli le chiavi dell auto!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro cammino lungo la via Francigena. Situato vicino al centro città in una zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Viterbo è una cittadina ricca di storia e arte, merita assolutamente una visita. Palazzo Riario è un luogo accogliente, rilassante e vicino ad un ottimo ristorante ricavato in un chiostro. Un grazie al signor Renato per avermi fatto sentire come a casa

Siamo stati due notti. Il gestore, signor Renato, gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera ben arredata, pulita. La posizione in Centro storico favorisce la visita della zona monumentale. Anche il ristorante 'La Chimera', della stessa propprietà, ci èpiaciuto molto: ubicato in un antico chiostro, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Viterbo ci ha affascinato. Tornermo.

Struttura suggestiva e ben valorizzata, il signor Renato accoglie in modo impeccabile i clienti e con la massima disponibilità per ogni richiesta. Camere pulite e ottima colazione. La posizione è impeccabile, silenziosa e centrale nel centro di Viterbo.

Quest'anno visitiamo la Tuscia, in moto. Dopo le solite esigenze: colazione compresa, pagamento in struttura, aria condizionata, c'è lei la moto che possibilmente necessità di garage. Palazzo Riario ha pure questo. Poi c'è la suggestiva atmosfera del vecchio palazzo, le camere pulite è poi c'è il Sig. Renato che non ti fa sentire un ospite, ma un amico. Io e mia moglie siamo stati molto bene...che altro pretendere da una vacanza...dimenticavo il centro storico e tutti i suoi locali sono vicinissimi. Provate anche La Chimera dove il Sig. Renato compare inaspettatamente come cuoco.
