Like all Ibis hotels, it does the job. Comfortable rooms at a reasonable price with cheap breakfast provided if wanted. Location is a little bit out the town centre but not insufferably far.

I stayed here for onenight only. I was visiting Vitoria Gasteiz to watch a La Liga fixture - Deportivo Alaves v RCD Mallorca. The hotel is on the edge of the town and I chose it because it wasn't far from the main bus station. The following morning I was travelling onto Santander. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The room wassmall and basic but was sufficient for my requirements. I had breakfast as well. There was plenty of choice on offer. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and looking new. Full breakfast, much better than other higher category hotels. It was a real surprise. Well soundproofed. A bit far from the center but well connected. Parking is good in the area. Pets are allowed and there is a vending machine at reception.

Average/poor hotel. Good service at reception. The room was not very spacious, although the bed was comfortable. The lack of a wardrobe limits those staying for more than one night, there are only a few hangers hanging right next to the mirror in the entrance. The bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast service was sufficient and acceptable.
