Nice hotel in a good location. Clean room and nice mattress. Only negative is the quality of the equipment on the gym. Need more options.

Only real problem was the lack of air con in +30 weather and the suggestion to just open the window was not the ideal solution

Centrally located hotel with a good quality bed and bathroom, our room also had a balcony and daily housekeeping. Reception staff were friendly and we had the option for free tea and coffee 24/7 at the machine. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not opt for it.

I loved this hotel. They accommodated my reservation requests.
The rooms are spacious, new, and very clean. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The hotel staff was very attentive at all times.
I will definitely stay at this chain and this hotel again. One drawback would be helpful if there was a designated parking space and a place to unload my luggage upon arrival.

Located in the centre of Vitoria, it has a car park (it is difficult to find parking on the street). My room on the fifth floor is perfectly renovated. Breakfast is cheap but the products are very ordinary. The receptionists are helpful and polite. The quality-price ratio is reasonable.
