We went with my dog. There were no problems with the accommodation. There's a supplement to pay, and she's not allowed in the common areas. But otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel is under renovation; the walls and doors on all floors are being painted, so there will be a paint smell in the rooms. It's best to avoid hotels with children. The hotel reception explained that it's all environmentally friendly, otherwise they wouldn't be letting guests stay. But sleeping with the paint smell all night is indeed uncomfortable!

It's a very quiet hotel; we've stayed there several times before. It's right next to the shopping center. You can easily walk to the city center. We'd definitely stay again. Very quiet and clean.

Great hotel near the outskirts of the city of Vitoria. Recommended even though it is in the center. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Junior Suite and we left delighted and wanted to return.
