An excellent place, they just need to change the cashier at the reception desk, it doesn't work, you have to wait a long time to finish the check-in.

Problems checking in. It's a machine and a bit confusing. I had to call the number on the door. I also booked a room with two beds, and upon arrival, they gave us a room with a double bed, and another room with three beds and a sofa bed (all shared). Anyway, a disappointment. We won't be back. The only positive thing was the shower before returning to Valencia.

When we arrived at the hotel, we had to check in at the machine. When I entered the reservation number, it didn't exist. I had to call the hotel. They helped me online with the check-in process. According to the lady, they had sent me a text message or WhatsApp with the code, but that wasn't the case. When we got there, everything was fine until we went to the bathroom and there were hairs everywhere, and there wasn't enough hand and body soap to shower. The bedspread was also dirty and full of hair. When we flushed the toilet, the water wouldn't stop running, and the noise was constant throughout the night. At night, there was no silence, footsteps up and down, the TV turned up to full volume, and very loud conversations. We couldn't rest.

The service offered is fully adapted to the money used. Good comfort and environment, quite silent.

Llevo tres noches alojado aquí, lunes sin calefacción, martes sin calefacción y sin hacer la cama ni cambiar toallas, miércoles sigo sin calefacción, no vuelvo a este sitio mañana duermo en otro lugar, limpieza eficiente ni escobilla para el WC , luces de espejo con cortocircuito ,una vergüenza ,el peor sitio dónde me he alojado nunca

Desde luego, la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. La habitación sucia, llena de humedades y con un olor asqueroso. No compensa el precio para la mala noche que hemos pasado, ni locos volvemos
