Honestly, it just has location. Uncomfortable rooms, we had three beds in a double room and could hardly move. The bathroom was also uncomfortable, you couldn't move in it and with a lack of comfort even to get out of the shower. The breakfast, one of the worst I've ever experienced, brik juices, bad coffee and not fresh fruit. The worst thing is the price, €100 per night when the NH in Vitoria leaves for just €20 more. Not to return

Came to spend a night with family, we had a large spacious room. Unfortunately the bedding is not at all comfortable, and the bathroom is dated! For one night it's okay... but no more! On the other hand, very warm welcome from the receptionists, and good explanations in French. Ideal location very close to the center Hotel parking with a few spaces charged at €15/day.

Mais chambres mal insonorisées, petites, sol de la salle de bain qui bouge, yaourts du petit déjeuner faits pour être conservés à température ambiante donc très chimiques. Hotel viejo y muy mal mantenido. Recepción diminuta. Mi habitación no se correspondía en nada con las fotos de internet, tan solo el panel fotográfico con temática de jazz permitía reconocer mínimamente la habitación en las fotos publicadas. Entiendo que hay categorías de habitación, la nuestra era una triple, supongo que standard aunque bookings no especifica nada más..las fotos de internet deben ser de habitaciones superiores renovadas.. así que ojo con eso.. en la que estuvimos, todo gritaba una renovación: armarios desconchados, iluminación escasa, vistas a una pared, televisión diminuta con descodificador del año de la polca que no funciona.. baño enano, suelo mal mantenido... Como punto positivo la limpieza, buenas toallas y la ubicación. Personal amable, aunque a 170€ la triple por una noche en un sábado de abril sin desayuno, debe haber alguna opción mejor que justifique el precio, Quizás a menos de 100 puede ser una opción a colorar..

Tres estrellas !!! Está sobrevalorado...reservé dos habitaciones una para uso individual en la cual la cortina estaba estropeado,la tv muchos canales no se podian conectar,pixelaban sobretodo las de TV española,no tenía minibar.La verdad es que fue una decepción total

La ubicación es buena, pero….el desayuno pobrisimo, ya lo teníamos incluido. Otra ventaja el estacionamiento que si bien no es gratis está enfrente al hotel y es cómodo, la habitación vieja, las camas pequeñas, y el broche de oro…en plena ola de calor cortan el aire acondicionado, la explicación? Que al Sr. de la habitación 106 le molesta el ruido y cómo el aire es central o uno solo para todo el edificio la decisión es apagarlo en medio de la noche y sin consultar, algo inconcebible!!!

La chica de recepción se equivocó de habitación y tuvimos que cambiarnos de una grande pero mal consevada (desconchones en muebles y baño) a una enana, más nueva, eso sí, a la que le faltaba el pomo de la puerta del armario. El recepcionista del día siguiente nos puso mala cara al preguntar si podíamos dejar un rato el coche en el parking (eran las 9 de la mañana). Conclusión, decepción total: muy caro para lo que ofrecen, si no lo hubiera llevado pagado, me hubiera buscado otra cosa.
