Checkin could be faster (it took us almost 30min), albeit they were on a very busy day.
Breakfast was included and it was AMAZING. Room was clean but not exceptionally clean. Overall it just looks like the hotel had seen better days.

I booked a double room and when I arrived I discovered that the bed was actually two single beds that had been pushed together. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had to sleep with a hole in the middle of the bed. When I checked in I was informed that the hotel was full, and since I had already removed all my clothes from my suitcase, I didn't contact the reception, especially because it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the bed assigned to me will be the same one that was reserved. I also found the air conditioning to be weak, as if something was blocking it. The breakfast, especially the sweet options, were not tasty and left much to be desired.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, but they sent maintenance and fixed it. The latch inside the bathroom was loose and kept falling off.

When there is a price that I can stay at, it is my first option. I love the people, all of them, the bed is excellent, the pool is nice, although I've never used it, the gym is for doing the basics.
