Christophe's pad is convenient for the shops, markets and sights of Aix, is in a pleasant neighbourhood, and has parking which is valuable because finding anywhere to park in the city is difficult, once you negotiate your way past La Fada, a sad neighbour who stands in front of your car and rambles on incomprehensibly. The pad is well provided with pots, pans etc and supplied with tea, coffee, herbs, spices etc, though it could do with a toaster, as well as a rubber mat for the inside of the bath because one can slip easily. It's a pad best for people who are fit - it's on the 3rd floor, and who get up, eat and go to bed at the same time because it is very sonorous with the slightest noise reverberating around the flat. For example I was forbidden to wear slippers by my wife because very step sounded on the laminated floor - there are no carpets or rugs - and every cut and scrape on the Ikea crockery grated.

Very good service attitude and hardware environment. The hotel has strict access control. Whether it is parking or taxi passengers, it is very safe. There is a professional chef team in the store. If you want to have dinner, remember to make a reservation in advance. It is necessary to catch an early flight. The shuttle bus is the hotel's own. It is very convenient to make an appointment in advance at the front desk.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a buffet with many options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception staff member (Katia?) was particularly helpful finding a satisfactory solution to help me get to Marseille train station. The only downside to the hotel is its location as it is inaccessible by foot from the airport. If like me your flight is delayed and you arrive after midnight you miss the free hotel shuttle and you will need to take a taxi to the hotel. Arriving late also means that you will have difficulty booking a hotel shuttle place to the airport in the morning. So if possible make sure to book your place when you make your room reservation. The hotel is however within walking distance to the Vitrolles train station so that is a definite advantage if you need to take a train into the center of Marseille or to other cities in France.

From the initial surprise to the final shock 🙀, the hotel is newly renovated, but is the hotel's shower room designed wrong? The shower floor is higher than the outside floor, and there is no water retaining bar or water retaining door. The water flows from the shower to the outside floor, and there is no floor drain on the outside floor. Every time you take a shower, you have to clean up a lot of accumulated water.

Great gym, pool, restaurant, and bar. Very nice place and excellent staff. Only complaint is that there is not an earlier shuttle to the airport which is about a 6 /7 min walk away when there are clearly people such as myself and others who needed to be at the airport before 5 am. It’s an easy walk, which I took, however since the airport is under construction and there are no clear markings as to which side of the airport to go to, it took us nearly a half hour to reach our destination with 2 children in tow and pulling luggage. This could have been easily done with a shuttle service that coordinated with all these early flights. By 5 am the airport was packed with long lines. I will not stay here again for that reason. I paid the extra for a nice hotel with shuttle service. So it’s not worth it to me if there is only half of what is needed.

It's very close to the airport, but compared to hotels in other stations, the hardware is a bit inferior. But after all, it’s just ibis and you can’t ask for too much. It's okay if it's just a layover overnight or something like that.

Понравилось расположение,рядом магазин и заправка с парковкой.Не понравилось размер комнаты и обман с ценами.В booking цена за двоих на 2 ночи 162€,а через Trip 148.20$.Естественно мы берём через Trip.Человек на входе(администратор) требует с вас ещё 3.80€ Tax,ну ок.После выселения потребовали чек,администратор уже другой и в чеке наша цена 142€.По факту этот отель должен стоить 126€ и не больше.
