Last minute booking. Nice surprise. Great room . Super bed, lovely shower room. Good air conditioning. Handy for the park and spa. Decent continental breakfast. No restaurant so we ate in the park one evening which I would definitely recommend and the town spa is excellent. Parking was fine but not sure how secure although it seems a safe town. The tourist information was great.

I strongly recommend this hotel! Our rooms were big and clean, with nice and modern bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable and the receptionists very kind! Breakfast is a bit expensive but very good.

Close to the thermal baths, practical and relaxing, all the staff had been friendly, the cleaning was impeccable, large room and beautiful bathroom, excellent value for money, we enjoyed everything, thank you and see you soon

The hotel is in a great location to explore Vittel. It is right on the edge le Parc Thermal. Should you be travelling with dogs, the hotel is dog-friendly and the proximity of the park makes it particularly convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very well-designed, with lots of storage space. The bathroom was also well-designed. As we say in English, there was certainly enough room to swing a cat, not that a cat would ever want to share a room with our dogs.

avant de marquer une date pour une cure je le suis rendu sur place pour mieux me rendre compte de l'environnement. Quelle déception par rapport aux photos de l'extérieur du moins. Les plantations ne sont pas entretenues, les volets en bois sont écaillés à l'arrière, des maisons à l'abandon dans la rue à côté, même un kebab à droite du bâtiment, visiblement une maintenance des lieux réduite au minimum. J'ai voulu aller voir à la réception pour discuter des possibilités pour une cure. Portes fermées un samedi à 13:00, fallait sonner pour appeler quelqu'un. Je suis remonté dans ma voiture et suis retourné. Trop le bourdon !!!

Check in et chambre presque parfaite (odeur de vieille urine dans les toilettes). Tout se complique lors du petit déjeuner et du Check out. Plus aucune place pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Une serveuse désagréable qui nous répond sur un ton peu amène. Lors du Check out, j’informe la réceptionniste que nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner. Celle-ci nous informe que comme nous avons réservé le forfait chambre avec petit déjeuner, elle ne pourra pas modifier la facture. J’en suis surpris et elle lui fait remarquer la petitesse de la salle du petit déjeuner. Sa réponse : ”Monsieur, il y a d’autres établissement à Vittel” Inadmissible comme réponse ou comment massacrer à mes yeux l’image de marque de Mercure. Petite précision, je suis membre du programme Accor.

Mon sejour solo sest pas tres bien passé. Très mal accueilli en salle de petit déjeuner, la dame pas souriante. La chambre très spacieuse la literie parfaite. Un séjour qui avait bien commencé apars le lendemain au petit déjeuner et la salle est trop petite.
