Foul smells of sewage throughout the hotel. Impossible to eat at the broken down Spa restaurant. Cold pool. You have to leave the building to go from the swimming pool to the wellness area. In short, very disappointed. Shame

Clean, spacious and quiet room. Fair price with breakfast included. End of breakfast time 9:30 a.m.: a bit tight for a Sunday morning. Reception: pleasant welcome Weak point: non-existent telephone network. Going out in the yard to call 😀 Correct evening meal but nothing more.

Une belle table idéale pour une pause en pleine nature vosgienne, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. La salle est agréable et lumineuse, et le petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, propose des produits de qualité. Le personnel est attentionné et serviable. Eric et Nicolas sont top ! Les chambres prestiges quant à elles, sont confortables, et la literie est d'excellente qualité.

Au top ! Personnel très attentif et agréable, plats et dessert délicieux (salade Orée du Bois - Rognons de veau - Filet de Bœuf - Tartare de saumon - Pavlova). La salle de restaurant est très jolie, chaleureuse. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Je conseille vivement !

Nous y séjournons régulièrement et à chaque visite c est le même cirque: Un accueil glacial et impersonnel,le bar est presque toujours fermé ,le personnel a oublié qui était le client et les patrons vous ignorent superbement et ne disent même pas bonjour…ici le sourire a quitté les visages et c est bien dommage… Bref vous devez être honorés de pouvoir paier 135€ pour une chambre qui se délabre plus à chaque sejour…le robinet qui vous reste en les mains ,la porte et la serrure qui ne ferment plus ,les tâches dans la salle de bain,les araignées au plafond,les murs de la piscine qui s effondrent de plus en plus,… Bref il serait temps de changer quelque chose! Le sol des chambres ont vécu des temps meilleurs et auraient bien besoin d être rénovés ,les peintures au mur aussi et les balcons sont pleins de mousses….ça ne demanderait tout de même pas de si gros efforts …?

Le restaurant de cet hôtel est catastrophique je vous déconseille il maltraitent leur employés. Et le personnel n’est pas très agréable et les plats n’ont pas trop de saveur. Sinon l’hôtel était cool. À fuir mais seulement le restaurant. Bonne journée
