Vizitsa in Mount Pelion Peninsula is a picturesque small hamlet, overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf, with all the charm of an old Greek village, and enchanted fragrance of bygone times. In order to reach its lovely main square, you will need to leave your car in the parking lot downhill, then walk up the cobbled stone ascent. 30 meters separate you from Santikos Mansion’s entrance lead by a narrow path. Santikos Mansion is a unique and impressing house, it is also a member of an international organization called Grand Heritage Hotels, offering its guests the best selection of tradition-rich hotels, from castles, fortresses and manor houses, to country homes etc. We stayed there two nights and enjoyed it very much. Our room contained everything one may need and in high quality. It was very quiet and full of character. The breakfast was delicious, and was served outside by Anthi, a “team” of one lovely lady. Not to mention that the price was unbeatable. If you want to experience a genuine and charming flavor of an old Greek village in Pelion Peninsula, don’t miss Santikos Mansion, but remember to take a light suitcase to your room. Excellent hotel. Spotless. Early breakfast with changes so you don't eat the same thing every day. Breakfast is served outside in the courtyard. The hotel is an 18th century building well preserved with excellent decoration.

Mansion with everything... It has kept its old glory... I think at the highest point of the boob! I would go just for the view from the windows of the particular room I stayed in! Quietness, cleanliness in his trump cards! You will have an issue if you have suitcases as you will be walking up the cobblestones! Time has left its marks only on the windows that need immediate replacement! Another issue is the breakfast which is very simple and in such a destination there is no excuse for something better.. Not only apple juice or handmade jam is enough... two nights the same things and not a single egg... For what you pay... I say this because I stayed elsewhere in another hotel and this one was a mansion...
