"Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax. Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine. The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap."

"The staff is friendly, the room is fine, coffee and tea in the room, good beds, two chairs and a desk. I had asked if there was room for our bikes to be put in, and I had not received any answer, and there was no way to be put in the bikes at night. We set them out outside the hotel with three locks together, the next morning it was found that our bicycle bags with tools and repair material were opened and the stuff was thrown on the ground. Our experience in other hotels is that there is always a place to find for two bikes who are away next morning, think of a meeting room, storage room or the guest's own room."

"Near the Rotterdam airport. Easy check-in & check-out process but slight delay where reception cannot verify the payment has been made in Trip apps, thus we need to forward the booking confirmation email to the receptionist."
