Отель очень понравился. Он расположен подальше от центра но мы приехали на машине поэтому самое то что нужно) Сосновый бор,нам разрешили поселится с нашей собачкой, попросили небольшую доплату. Очень понравился ресторан,вкусная еда и особенно кофе.

Очень чистый номер с хорошим ремонтом. Останаливаемся во Владимире всегда в этот отеле. Вкусный красивый ресторан, отзывчивый персонал

Liked the hotel very much. Friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. One nuance was in the room - a broken floor lamp and not the first freshness curtain in the bathroom. But despite this, the impressions are only positive. The hotel is dog friendly, which is very captivating when choosing. With a dog, you could drink amazing coffee with dessert on the covered and insulated veranda, as well as have dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Our tail was with us everywhere. The food is very tasty. Filet mignon and tartare bomb. The restaurant had live lounge music in the evening. Overall, I give it an excellent rating without hesitation. We will definitely come back again.

Friends recommended this hotel to us for a holiday on New Year's holidays, as a family we rented three rooms at once. The interior inside is chic and this is the only plus that can be highlighted. Children's extra bed - a folding bed with a hard mattress, if the child is spinning at night, then the probability of falling is very high. You won't be able to sleep comfortably. The cooler was empty on January 1st, the restaurant served champagne in a glass with dirty sediment, but all this could be understood and forgiven as post-New Year relaxation of the staff. Separately, I want to note the incompetence of the manager Evgenia. We only slept in the rooms, walked all day. On the third day of our stay, the water in the toilet stopped leaving, we immediately invited a plumber. Evgenia was immediately diagnosed with an unconditional diagnosis - you have a child and she threw something there. The diagnosis was considered as the only true opinion, Evgenia did not even allow another. My daughter is almost 8 years old, she already would not have had enough imagination for this. But I was struck by the attitude of the staff to this situation. For more than a day, masters worked in the room, there was a stench of sewage and chemistry. On the last night we were left without a bathroom and we were asked to "go to friends or to the maids' toilet". Not a kind gesture, not a smile, they immediately put all the blame for what was happening on us. On January 4, I myself contacted Evgenia, clarified the cause of the blockage. They sent me a photograph with an incomprehensible subject, and again not a word of regret or apology, communication on her part all the days passed with obvious irritation, anger and arrogance. Dear administration, our conscience is completely clear, the subject in the photo does not belong to us, but the behavior of Evgenia spoiled the mood and discouraged recommending your hotel to anyone. Based on travel experience, I can say that interiors are quickly forgotten, and the sediment from communication remains for a long time. I wish your staff to be friendlier and give smiles to guests more often! I do not recommend this hotel for a family stay, its money is absolutely not worth it.

A wonderful hotel, we were in a newly renovated room, you can’t hear anything, it’s quiet, there are pine trees nearby and it’s very comfortable, the most comfortable bed, we didn’t eat food, it’s true, a stylish shower room, nice carpet in the corridor, there is parking, it’s up to 10 minutes drive to the center of Vladimir
