"We've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The location is convenient, but the carpets are definitely due for a change, especially in the rooms. The rooms are a bit on the small side. The towel warmer is cold, so you can't dry socks or anything else on it. On the 6th floor, you have to let the water run for a while to get hot water. Overall, it's a 3-star hotel, which is fair. We keep choosing it because of its location."

"Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean. However, if you want your room cleaned, you need to hang the sign on the door, otherwise, it will only be cleaned every two days. The soundproofing is a bit lacking, which is to be expected since it's a Khrushchev-era building. The front desk staff during the day were lovely, but the guy working at night had absolutely no attitude."
