DONT BOOK BLACK DIMOND!!! Rip off place Do Not book!!! Customer service non existent. The staff are rude. I strongly recommend to never step foot in this hotel. False advertising, horrible service, only one towel and no hangers in room, bathroom flooding. After numerous complains that were never addressed, we had a terrible attitude from the management, which came very close to threatening. Not worth one penny.

We spent the most beautiful holidays in this hotel. We stayed for a week and everything was detailed both in the service and the behavior of the staff. The breakfast was a buffet and varied with different variants, the cleanliness of the room was daily by the cleaning staff, and not to mention the reception that never lacked a smile regardless of the load. This hotel is new and I recommend you to visit it.

The worst possible experience at a 4 star hotel. No beach views even though I paid for it. Staff is incredibly unhelpful, random prices at the restaurant. No gym or spa as one of the big reasons I picked the hotel for. Beach is 2km away not 600m A ton of better places literally everywhere else in Dhermi, not to mention the very shady ways of payment where they made a mistake on…

Without doubt, the worst experience ever… After a 12 hour trip there’s literally nothing worse than pulling up to a complete disaster of a construction site for your hotel that you booked months in advance. The audacity of this place just didn’t cease to disappoint over and over again. Why on earth could they not advise that there would be no pool? No restaurant? Construction allllllll day long… and nothing working. This place is a hole. From drilling and dust all day, to advising the front desk within 10 mins that my bathroom was flooding, for NOTHING to be done for 2 days, until it was completely unbearable. I was told I could change rooms, so packed all my stuff, of course when I went to move the manager was missing and no one knew what was going on so I was left waiting in the hallway for over an hour while they ran about trying to find a room that wasn’t a complete disaster. Finally, I had no toilet paper or towels in the new room and again advised on the way out (I honestly only used this hotel when I absolutely had to because I hated every minute of being there!). Of course nothing was done and I literally nearly broke down in reception asking for them for the 8th time, pleaaase can I have some towels!!!!!!!!!!!!! What could’ve been laughable if I I was in the mood, was the cleaners turned up to do a “daily service”, as I was walking out the door with my suitcase…they hadn’t been there for 5 days but turned up on the way out. Brilliant. The manager was all over the place, one minute lovely the next minute horrible. It went from “we will drop you down the hill and pick you up whenever you like, it’s the least we can do” to “it will cost you 10 euros, because all the buggies are broken”. Everything was broken all the time!!!! “ I will give you a discount because of all the trouble you have had” to “no you can have the rate discussed on check in”. I just couldn’t wait to leave by the end. I had really been looking forward to staying here, what a compete blow for my holiday. And for the final straw, in the rush to leave I managed to I leave my AirPods on the bed, after trying to contact the hotel 3 times (why did I bother…) they finally got back to me to say they can’t find them. What a surprise! Yes “find my” has them located there. This place is awful, it’s terribly run, spend your hard earn cash elsewhere.

we stayed there for 3 days with my friends was a great hotel , comfortable rooms , nice view , friendly staff , the breakfast was delicious, definitely we recommend this hotel, and for sure we will come back thank you the best team for your warm hospitality !
