Limak Cyprus Deluxe Hotel

My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times and were not disappointed again at the turn of June and July. Almost everything was fulfilled according to our needs and expectations. I can highlight not only the customer support, specifically the reservation agent Ecem Ocak, whom we used via email for the first time this year and everything we agreed on was fulfilled. The check-in staff was also helpful and attentive to our needs. The food in the hotel is of the highest quality and our thanks also go to the chefs and restaurant staff. We wanted to celebrate our 30th family anniversary at the hotel, but unfortunately it didn't happen, so maybe next year. For the management, just a little feedback on the evening programs in the amphitheater, where the new dance group this year was not as good as the previous dance group and the experience of the performance does not reach the general quality. However, we welcomed the establishment of a quiet pool for adults, where you can relax in peace from the usual hustle and bustle in the hotel. It is true that the hotel could use some renovation in places and some things do not work as they should, but in my opinion and compared to my other stays abroad I can only say that the hotel still deserves one of the highest ratings and if circumstances allow, we would like to visit the hotel again next year. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to both couples looking for relaxation and families with children, who will find all kinds of activities here for all age groups of children. The beautiful sea and the hotel itself definitely deserve your visit. You will definitely not be disappointed..

Hi all, Just returned from a stay at the Limak Deluxe Hotel for my wife’s Birthday and WOW did they make are stay memorable, at checkin I told them it was my wife’s birthday the next day and they upgraded our room with a beautiful sea view also put Happy Birthday Banner on our door and decorated the room with balloons towel sculptures and flower petals it looked fantastic 5. The staff so friendly and helpful, food and service excellent I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Thanks again Limak you made it a great Birthday for us both. We stayed for a week with a 15 years old daughter and we all loved being there, there are great shows, live music and lots of activities every day and night, especially guest relations Songül, restaurant chief Erkan and housekeeper Dilek made us feel home

We have had a wonderful stay at Limak Cyprus Deluxe. The attention to detail in design of the building/resort and the decor throughout is incredible. The staff were attentive and were quick to assist with any needs we required. Daria at guest services spoke multiple languages, always greeted guest with a smile and it seemed like there was nothing she couldn’t resolve. The restaurant staff were also very attentive. They had an amazing way to move quickly around the restaurant without running or appearing like they were rushing. Two people really stuck out in the restaurant for their brilliant service. Shohrot jan was quick to take our drinks order and kept our cups filled and tables clean. When I was alone with 2 children, he was very proactive with helping me. Femi was kind and took the time to speak to my children and make them feel just as welcome as adult guests. When he heard that my youngest was feeling poorly, he was happy to cater for her needs, which really stood out for us as parents. He always greeted us with a smile and no task was too big. Finally, the food in the restaurant was brilliant. There was so much variety and lunch/dinner was different every day. My family and I tried some meals we hadn’t tried before and were very impressed. My daughter has a tomato allergy and this causes us many problems when visiting all inclusive hotels. However, this has been the first time my daughter hasn’t needed medication. The chefs were so accommodating making sure she had safe food, they remembered us after the first visit and from then on told me what was safe for her during our stay. Well done Limak! The animation staff at the mini club put a wonderful timetable on for the children. As it was winter there was only a handful of children in the hotel. However, they took the time to get to know the children and we even had our own private mini disco. Gamze Aras was lovely with the children and despite having a language barrier, she made sure the children had a special holiday. In the large mini club which is open in the summer from around April there was a huge climbing frame and large area to play/run in. Daria at guest services was very kind to allow us to use this facility despite not being normally open in winter. The climbing frame had 3 slides and my 3 year old was able to climb it easily. The hotel had large indoor swimming pool and a smaller child’s indoor pool, both were sat at around 28 degrees each day. There was lift access to get down to the pool, slopes and even a hoist in the pool to support wheelchair users. Finally, the hotel has a beautiful beach with a play area for the children , this is just a small walk from the main building. The beach looks well looked after with no litter or excessive seaweed. There were also plenty of sunlounger available and there’s a beach bar whilst will be open for the summer guests. We have visited this resort four times now, but I must say that the quality of service has gradually declined over the years, which is a major disappointment for us. Our experience was full of issues from the very beginning of our stay. In one room, there was only one nightstand and absolutely no place to store belongings. After several requests to the Customer Relations department, we still didn’t receive a shelf or any other solution. The second room had the same problem with the lack of a nightstand by the double bed, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. This issue was only resolved on the third day after we sent a complaint to the delegate, following our initial request to the hotel’s customer relations. For four people, we were provided with only three blankets, and the fourth was only delivered after repeated requests. Even though we asked for it, toiletries in the bathroom of our family room were replenished only for two people. Daily intervention at the reception was necessary. Another concerning issue was the hygiene in the bars and restaurants. The cloth used to wipe tables was carried on the same tray as the glasses and dishes and was used on multiple tables without being rinsed. After wiping a table, the cloth was often just set aside, and table settings were placed without further care. This led us to conclude that hygiene standards were very low. Evening table settings in the restaurants were completely absent. In a five-star hotel, we expect fabric tablecloths and proper settings, not just a simple cloth pretending to be a tablecloth. Another major disappointment was the need to constantly follow up on every request. In a five-star hotel, I did not expect that requesting the replacement of a dirty blanket would result in returning to the room after an evening program only to find that the old blanket had been removed but a new one had not been provided. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who tried to make up for the declining services year after year. I would particularly like to commend the restaurant manager, Omar, who went out of his way to ensure that everything was provided for our gluten-free son, including securing a Magnum ice cream from a nearby supermarket, as it was the only gluten-free option available and not part of the regular ice cream counter offerings. In conclusion, although this was our fourth vacation here, we must acknowledge that the declining quality of services cannot be compensated by the friendly and helpful staff, who, fortunately, still make up the majority of the team.
